Scientists say that confinement by the corona virus, as well as concern about the pandemic, has caused psychic problems in half the world's population. One of the most common mental problems that the population suffers during and after quarantine is insomnia. I leave you some recommendations and solutions to sleep well in these times of the virus crown.

I list the most important causes of insomnia in my opinion.
  • Problems in the Solar Plexus (usually the main cause): The blocked and / or unbalanced Solar Plexus affects our stomach directly, causing symptoms such as nausea, heartburn, inflammation, dizziness, general malaise, etc. With these symptoms it is almost impossible to fall asleep. Besides, blockages in the Solar Plexus affect our mind in a negative way, creating symptoms such as psychic tension, psychic stress, worries, negative thoughts, disassociated thoughts, etc. Amen of nervousness, stress, insecurities. Impossible to sleep if you are "eating the coconut all night". In this case, the solution is to heal the Solar Plexus.
  • Interaction and energetic resonance with other human beings: Very few people today bring us peace, harmony, happiness, simply because they do not have peace, harmony and happiness. At night, before going to sleep, we tend to think of other people and other people think of ourselves, which implies an energetic interaction, that is, the energy of other human beings disturbs our dreams. In this case, the solution is to learn to disconnect from other human beings and learn to protect yourself.

  • Internet, Facebook, Whatsapps: Although the Internet has practical advantages, you must know how to use it cautiously. Going to Facebook before going to bed is taking the energies of all the people with whom you have connected to bed. The same happens with whatsapps, etc. Never answer the phone before going to bed if it is not urgent because, surely, you will not be able to sleep. Very few people call you to give you good news, even fewer are energetically healthy. They will transmit their worries, nervousness, stress, etc. In this case, the solution is not to connect to the network or to the phone a few hours before going to bed.

  • The energy of people who sleep with you or in the same house: Lately there are many cases of people who cannot sleep with friends, their partners or other family members, although they do sleep well. This is completely normal, and is usually solved by sleeping alone or healing the other family member  and is simply due to the effect that the energies of the other person have on us. Pure interaction and energetic resonance.
  • Preconceived Ideas: As clear as you read it. There is a myth that human beings must sleep 8 and up to 9 hours to perform well the next day. Nothing is further from reality. It has been shown that with 4 or 5 hours of sleep we have more than enough rest. Also to say that if we meditate or contribute to body and soul the energy that it needs through other sources such as healing, quartz crystals, etc., because much less sleep is needed.

Some recommendations for a good sleep:

I have been sleeping for almost 20 years only 4 hours a day at night. Of course, I meditate, I apply healing and take a nap. I do not feel bad for sleeping only 4 hours.
Before going to bed I watch some television series that is funny and relaxing, non-action comedies are perfect, since that way you go to bed with joy and grace in your soul. I do not recommend news or action movies as these will disturb sleep. Fall asleep when you are exhausted, that is, go to bed when your eyes are closing and not when a certain time is set, you will see that you will sleep like a log. In any case, the soul is wise and if you accustom it to a routine, then that routine will continue.
Get used to asking God to protect you and protect your dreams.
You can also use quartz crystals or essential oils that relax your mind like Amethyst and sandalwood.
