Meditation with Mantras and Quartz Crystals

The Quartz Generator amplifies the Energies in Meditation

Sitting or lying down.

Hands up in "Receiving Position" (palms up).

Take a Clear Quartz Generator in your left hand with the tip pointing towards your body.

Both hands should rest on your thighs if you are sitting or on the base where you are lying down so that your arms do not get tired.

Tune in to the Quartz Crystal (see "Tuning" under the label "Basic Crystal Therapy" in this blog).

Feel the energies of the Crystal ascending through your left hand (with each inhalation) and filling your entire body with energy (with each exhalation). When you do not feel the physical contact of the Crystal with your hand, but its energies with your energies, then you have tuned in to it.

Then recite a Mantra internally (see "Mantra Intonation" under the label "Second Level of Spiritual Healing") that you like or that is related to you or use the universal Mantra "AUM".

Repeat the Mantra within yourself constantly while you feel the energies of the Crystal also within you.

Meditating with the mantra "Aum" will unite your Soul with that of the Universe

Meditate on them, feel them, until the energies of the Crystal, the Mantra, your energetic bodies and the energies of your physical body merge into one.

Repeat the Mantra as many times as necessary, tune into the Crystal again if you "get lost" during the Meditation and do not forget to keep breathing long and deep.

The Mantra will amplify the energies of the Quartz Crystal, the Quartz Generator will in turn amplify the energies of the Mantra.

Effective meditation for "Energy Cleansing and Charging" of the Aura and physical Body. 

Vibrate with the healing energies of Quartz and Sound. You are one, you are the Whole.


Ideal Meditation time 20 minutes. 
Grounding with necessity at the end of the Meditation.

Meditation with Quartz Crystals to Understand God and Life

"Crystal clear eyes of God." Tiger's Eye, Ox's Eye, Hawk's Eye

For such meditation only 3 quartz crystals are needed:

1 Tiger's Eye is placed on the Solar Plexus or Tan-Tien
1 Ox's Eye is placed on the Sacral chakra
1 Hawk's Eye is placed on the Base chakra

The "Eyes" of Quartz open our mind and understanding and allow us to see what is hidden in order to better understand physical and spiritual reality, the reason for our problems and perhaps illnesses. With the understanding that the "Eyes" of Quartz provide us, we will be able to understand our life and the reason for our calamities, problems, etc. and thus be able to solve them.

The meditation will last at least 20 minutes and can be repeated as many times as desired.

Meditation with a Clear Quartz Crystal to Heal Depression

The Rainbow Master Crystal brightens the Heart

The following meditation is often effective in removing sorrows, heartbreaks and negative thoughts from our energetic bodies. It also helps in the treatment of depression.
The meditation can be carried out as many times as you feel necessary.

Get a Clear Quartz Generator with a Rainbow inside.

  1. Take the crystal with your left hand and its tip pointing towards your body.
  2. Gaze at the crystal for a moment, until you can visualize its Rainbow with your eyes closed.
  3. Tune in to the crystal (see "Basic Crystal Therapy")
  4. With each breath fill your body and soul with the Rainbow of the crystal
  5. With each exhalation, expand all those colors towards the Major Chakra System.
Alternative:
The Rainbow Crystal can be placed on the Heart chakra with the left hand.
Act in the same way as explained in the meditation cited above.

(Ideal Meditation time 20 minutes. Grounding is necessary).

Meditation with the Clear Quartz Crystal Ball to Activate the Third Eye

Meditating with a Quartz Crystal Ball develops Clairvoyance

Place a clear quartz ball of at least 10 centimeters in diameter at eye level, and about 30 centimeters in front of you.

Place a lit candle just behind the crystal ball, so that it illuminates it, but without you being able to see it. You should only see the illuminated crystal ball.

Breathe deeply and relax.

Look at the quartz ball but without straining your eyes, rather contemplate it. Do not consciously look inside it but "let the crystal allow you to see what it wants you to see."

The meditation should not last more than 11 minutes but can be done every day.
The goal with this meditation is not to see or not see something or other (which can be seen), but to activate the Third Eye, to obtain the ability to concentrate, visualize and mental clarity.
The energies of the crystal can also induce you to higher states of consciousness.

Meditation with a Double-Pointed Quartz Crystal to Focus, Balance and Regain Strength

Double-Pointed Crystal Meditation Balances and Centers

The Double-Terminated Crystal (generator with a point at each end) represents the perfection achieved in the full integration of bipolarity, the balance between masculine and feminine and spiritual and physical energies.

For this meditation, take a Double-Terminated Quartz Crystal between your two hands. Let each point of the crystal be held by the fingers of each of your hands or inside your hands (if it is large enough).
The center of the crystal should be over your Tan-Tien (navel).

Tune in to the crystal (see "Basic Crystal Therapy"). Inhale the energy/light of the crystal through your hands filling your entire body and exhale the light into the Aura. Repeat with each inhalation and exhalation.

Feel how the energies of the crystal and yours unite in a "Healing Circle" balancing and centering you.

Healing Meditation. Alignment with the Light. Total Health

ALIGNMENT WITH THE LIGHT

1.- Hands up
2.- Prayer
3.- Healing Meditation: "Breathing of Light" back and forth from the "Soul Star" to the "Core Star" through the "Hara Line" (20 minutes)
4.- Closing yourself to the Energies
5.- Grounding with need

In this Healing Meditation you first close your eyes and imagine the "sphere of light" on the "Soul Star" and as you inhale you lower the light from the "Soul Star" to the "Core Star" along the "Hara Line" with your breath, hold the "sphere of light" on the "Core Star" for a moment (as long as is comfortable for you) and as you exhale you raise the "Light" from the "Core Star" back to the "Soul Star" and hold it for a moment on the "Soul Star", then inhale again bringing the light down at the same time as you inhale and so on.

It's really easy. You direct the light, the energy with your breathing. You breathe in the light from the Soul Star to the Core Star along the Hara Line and you breathe out from the Core Star to the Soul Star. The air enters through your nose but the light comes down from above, from the Soul Star. Practice a lot because now we are working with light, later we will work with specific healing energies.

Learn to Meditate with the Grand Master. Simple Meditation Techniques

A well-done Meditation Requires 100% Concentration

You can meditate with your eyes open, in fact, you can meditate even when you walk or run, but it requires practice and good concentration. If you meditate with your eyes open, your view should be directed inward anyway, although I do not recommend it because it tires the eyes.
On the other hand, think that a meditation requires concentration, good concentration. Most people find it very difficult to meditate while they are doing something else, so they want to meditate when they meditate and nothing else.

During meditation, energetic changes occur in body and soul, such as a state of relaxation and even elevated states of consciousness. Also, during meditation you usually want to feel, experience, enjoy. Feel the benefits it brings.

On the other hand, I can tell you that if you don't have two 20-minute moments a day for yourself, to meditate, something is wrong in your life. You deserve a couple of moments of relaxation, recovery, enjoyment, peace, for yourself throughout the day.
The healers belonging to the Tinerfe Healing System School meditate twice a day to regain strength, to focus, to stay relaxed throughout the day. What to say to be close to God and not "get lost."

Meditations should be a routine but at the same time  an enjoyment, a rest for body and soul (including the mind).

The Best posture to Meditate is always the one that is Most Comfortable

Regarding the fact that meditating is "leaving the mind blank" (I don't know where he got such nonsense from), it is incorrect. Meditating by leaving your mind blank is just a form of meditation and not the way to meditate. There are many meditations, although they all require concentration on what you are doing. You can meditate with music, mantras, colors, aromas, and other healing energies. You can meditate on water, the forest, air, light, the body, a specific part of the body, etc.

The meditations that we use and that we will continue to use in the future are Healing Meditations, that is, you meditate to heal yourself. Healing Meditations are specific to direct healing energies to achieve a specific goal, whether protection, relaxation, specific healing, etc.

There will come a time when you will be able to direct 150 energies in a meditation for the good of yourself and humanity, but it requires a lot of concentration at least in the beginning until you gain practice. Each time we will make the meditations more complex, more complete, more effective.

Contemplation is often confused with Meditation.

In any case, meditating in front of a computer is not appropriate. Think about all the energies you are receiving through the screen and the computer itself (radiations). Even electrical energy is harmful, and you, in a receptive state of meditation, can absorb anything but something good. What can we say about the energies of all the people around you. Furthermore, being disturbed, interrupted, during a good meditation, where, for example, you have reached a high state of consciousness, is horrible for body and soul.

When we meditate we tend to relax, and therefore, the energy frequency of our soul rises and coming down from that state suddenly is always traumatic if you are not used to it and do it of your own free will. I can rise and fall quickly but I have been meditating twice a day for more than 20 years, apart from all the practices with my students, in fact the "Grounding" or "Grounding" is to go down to the daily energy level of our soul, and that is why it is done after meditations.

Rooting and "hands in the groin" are not the same thing, but rather it is a way of grounding ourselves by placing our hands in the groin and saying or thinking "low, low, low." Rooting is to avoid dizziness, discomfort, falls, due to wanting to move on the physical plane when we are still on higher planes.  There are different forms of roots.
