Tantric Ritual for Couples with Essential Oils and Quartz Crystals

Tantric Massage will be carried out with the Body and not the Hands

The following tantric ritual will be done only between couples.

For this purpose you will need 2 Tantric Twin Master crystals, Jasmine Essential Oil (blue or lilac) and Damascene Rose Essential Oil (yellow).

Prepare a Massage Oil according to the following recipe (for 2 people):
  • · 2 Deciliters of Base Oil (olive oil works well)
  • · 9 Drops of Jasmine Oil
  • · 9 Drops of Damascus Rose Oil

(mix well by shaking the mixture in a closed container with a sprayer)

The Couple's Hands will remain Together as much as
practically possible during the Tantric Ritual

One of the members of the couple will lie "face up" on a bed covered with towels (to avoid staining with oil), with a Tantric Twin Crystal in each hand and eyes closed.

The other member of the couple will spray his or her body and that of his or her partner with the Jasmine and Rose oil using the spray. Don't forget the inner thighs.

Then, you will move the spray away from you and take your partner by the hands with the Tantric Twin Crystal between them.

The massage should be given mutually only with the body and not with the hands, and preferably with the eyes closed.

Jasmine and Rose Oil will Infuse Love into the Relationship

After an appropriate amount of time, the spray will be used again to spray your partner, but now on their dorsal area.
Sliding into each other's bodies, perhaps to the rhythm of soft, relaxing music.

The ritual can last as long as deemed necessary.
Caution! Avoid spraying Massage Oil directly on sensitive areas of the body such as the vagina, penis and anus to avoid unnecessary irritation.

*If after this ritual the couple still does not feel united, it is better for them to separate.

Postpartum Depression. Aromatherapy Treatment

Mild Postpartum Depression Can Be Prevented With Aromatherapy

Three or four days after you start breastfeeding you may experience some form of depression. This is due to normal hormonal imbalances in the situation you are in.

A few drops of Jasmine and Ylang Ylang in an oil burner
or in bath water usually helps.

Please note that Essential Oils are very concentrated and allergenic,
so keep them away from your baby.

The Smell of the Chakras (Aromatherapy in its Purest State). New Discoveries by Damián Alvarez

The Smell of the Chakras: Aromatherapy in its Purest State

Just as blind people are affected by light, or rather, the frequency of colours, aromas also affect people who suffer from hyposmia (reduced sense of smell) or anosmia (complete loss of smell), which leads us to understand, by overwhelming logic, that we not only interpret smells (an essential part of life, of the environment) with our sense of smell, but also with our chakra system.

The scent of roses that opens our heart chakra and predisposes us to give and receive love, the aphrodisiac aromas and/or (why not say it?) the "sexual smell" that women and men give off, and that excites our libido by activating our sacral chakra, as well as the scent of lavender that centers and relaxes us by directly influencing our Base chakra, are just some examples of how aromas affect our soul, directing us to make decisions and act at certain moments in our lives, that is, we interpret life not only with our common senses but also with our soul.

The above shows that aromas are energy, and therefore, they can be consciously channeled as we do with light (chromatic spectrum), to heal, cure, energetically cleanse, protect, relax and a long etcetera.

This book will introduce you to human spiritual anatomy so that you can focus and work on it with the most common aromas. You will also understand the olfactory and aromatic capabilities of the human being in the chapter on the "metaphysics of smell", and then learn various methods of channeling healing energies, in this case, the healing energies of aromas.

Perfume Oil to Treat Depression

Massage is a natural endorphin releaser, anti-depressant

An effective Perfume Oil in the treatment of Depression would be:

RECIPE TO TREAT DEPRESSION:
3 drops of Jasmine Essential Oil
3 Drops of Rose Essential Oil
3 drops of Neroli Essential Oil
10 Milliliters of Base Oil

Mix all the oils well in the “Perfumer”.
Apply like a normal perfume  as often as you like, especially between the breasts.

But the ideal thing if you feel depressed would be to receive a good massage  with the Essential Oils above mixed in 1 Deciliter of Base Oil. The Recipe will indirectly affect the Heart Chakra in the holistic treatment.

Channeling Aromas through the Laying on of Hands

Aromas, being Energy, can also be Channeled through
the Hand Chakras

Channeling aromas:

If you want to channel aromas to balance the chakras, you must take into account what aroma each of them produces when balanced.
  • Crown: Sandalwood and Myrrh
  • Third Eye: Sandalwood and Myrrh
  • Throat: Citronella and Lemon Balm (garden herb and lemon verbena)
  • Heart: Rose, Jasmine, Orange Blossom, and Eucalyptus (physical illnesses)
  • Solar Plexus: Lemon and Rosemary
  • Sacred: Orange and Ylang Ylang
  • Base: Lavender and Patchouli

I always use the most common aromas because I have to remember their scents. In the previous example (that is, in the previous article. See: "Aromatherapy" in this same Blog), I used the aroma of lemon and orange because for me they are the easiest to remember, although I also remember the smell of roses and rosemary quite well.

Aromas, being energies, can be channeled by the laying on of hands but also with "esoteric breathing" and even in distance healing therapies.

Bubbles of Protection, Cleansing, Healing and Relaxation with Aromas

With Aromatherapy Bubbles you can Protect, Heal, Relax

Protection Bubbles with Aromas:
  1. Aligning with the Light
  2. Change the frequency of the light in the tan-tien to the aroma you wish to channel, remembering the aroma in the tan-tien for a few seconds.
  3. Channel it in any way you need or see fit by expanding the aroma from the Tan-tien and forming an "aromatic bubble" around you.
  4. Repeat as many times as necessary.

Aromas channeled in this way can act not only as normal air fresheners but also as energetic air fresheners.

The aromas to form the "protection bubbles" are rosemary (psychic protection), sage (astral protection), lemon (etheric protection), and sandalwood (higher spiritual protections).

Energetic bubbles of sandalwood and lavender relax the atmosphere.

You will use sandalwood and the smell of myrrh to cleanse your home of negative energies.

In healing therapies, lavender is often used to make "aromatic bubbles", especially to relax the patient, rose to inject peace, and sandalwood to cleanse the patient of negative energies.

The Smell of the Chakras. The Aroma of the Soul. The Smell of the Human Being (Part Three)

We should use the Sense of Smell more and better in our Lives
The Energy of the Chakras, the Smell of the Chakras never Lies

When doing Healing, can we smell both good and pleasant aromas and unpleasant odors? This has happened to me in the same Healing Session, where I smelled like flowers as well as poop (sorry), and it occurred to me: do chakras smell? Can we perceive pleasant or unpleasant odors from the chakras, from the energetic bodies and/or from the physical body as well as from the outside?

As an educational anecdote, I can tell you that the worst smells I have ever experienced in therapy (and they were not physical smells) were with a girl who was a prostitute, drug addict, thief, lustful, perverted, conceited, vain, distrustful, a swindler, a profiteer, vicious in every sense. In truth, her chakra system, and keep in mind that I am talking about the soul of a human being, was literally an energetic sewer.
I would get teary-eyed and feel like coughing (not to mention vomiting) every time I undid an energy block because they smelled, not like shit, but like rotten sulfur, and they filled the entire healing room with that nauseating smell.

You may think it's not "politically correct" to talk about these issues, but you know, if I don't say it, then no one else will, and you wouldn't learn either.
The nice thing about all this is that, although I have never needed it, others always agree with me, confirming that I have always been right, so thank you for existing and for your wonderful questions.

Feelings, Thoughts, Positive Emotions produce Aromas
Feelings, Thoughts, Negative Emotions produce Bad Smell

*In the article I published on January 12, 2014, entitled "Reiki, Yawns and Witchcraft" I quote:  "Bad smell, nauseating smell, rotten smell, sulfur smell, urine and/or shit. This smell is not given off by the recipient of the Therapy, but by the negative energies that he carries. Remember that smells are also energies, whether they are aromas or bad smells."

*In the article I published on February 19, 2019 titled "Metaphysics of the Nose" I quote:  "To conclude, I can say that, although we have relegated the sense of smell to the sense of sight and hearing, it is no less important. We must recover the power of smell, and pay more attention to it, which is, neither more nor less, one more sense and guides us, teaches us and protects us when the other senses fall short:
"I could smell it before it happened", "I could smell something strange", "you can smell infidelity", "you can smell it from miles away".

Note that emotions, feelings and even thoughts are energy, and like all energy, they produce a smell, aroma or bad smell. It is not that the human major chakra system is (only) a rainbow but also a wide spectrum of wonderful aromas (when balanced, of course).

Embrace with the Soul. Embrace with the Chakras

You Can Embrace with the Chakras, with your Soul, with the Smell of Roses

..., Also, in your daily life, you could make your chakras produce and expel certain aromas. Just think about making your chakras give off the scent of roses every time you, for example, hug someone. Wonderful!

There is no doubt that using aromatherapy in the way I have presented to you, namely, the way I discovered it, opens up a range of almost infinite possibilities for application, such as, for example, energetically charging neutral oils with aromas, in order to transmit the curative and healing powers of that aroma to them, and then using that oil in massages or for self-treatments.

I am also convinced that any person, for example, in moments of anger, rage, resentment, etc., can cause their chakras to give off a bad smell.

To think, ...
