It is best to have certain crystals to treat your patients and certain crystals for personal use. It is not good to treat yourself with the crystals you use to treat other people. Of course you can clean them energetically, but I recommend that you only use for yourself those that you have special affection for. Keep in mind that these crystals will be with you for the rest of your life. In any case, you deserve your own crystals, for exclusive personal use.

Look, if you have to transport the glasses, it is better to have a small tool box or a screw box with its compartments that you can put in a backpack or carry (screw box), under your arm, like a folder. You can line the compartments with cotton for better protection of the glasses.

Crystal Layouts are best learned on a Table

Keep in mind that quartz crystals have different molecular structures and therefore different hardness, so they can scratch, break and even fall apart when in contact with each other. Never put generators next to cabochons (for example), because the tips of the generators will break. Druses can also break when in contact with other druses or other crystals. Tourmalines, for example, are very fragile and often fall apart. It is also not a good idea to wrap all the crystals in cloth or paper every day to transport them.

The best thing, what I recommend, is that you get a small table with wheels that you will cover with a white cloth, and that you place the crystals on that table according to the crystal therapy instructions, and that you leave it in your office.

This way of working has 4 meanings: First, you learn the crystal therapy arrangements by always seeing them placed as they should be. Second, it will be better to put them on the patient and return them in the same position to the table, which, from now on, we will call the "Crystal Therapy Table". Third, you can take the table with wheels behind you while you do the Therapy, without breaking the energetic contact of your hands with the patient, since you will hold them with one hand while with the other you will be touching the recipient of the Therapy. Not to mention that quartz crystals will look better (always), and will expand their energies and light in the environment if they are in the open air and not locked in a bag.

Quartz crystals have a therapeutic and healing effect with their mere presence, creating peace and joy around them and blessing the eyes of those who see them with their brightness and light.

Meditation with Mantras and Quartz Crystals

The Quartz Generator amplifies the Energies in Meditation

Sitting or lying down.

Hands up in "Receiving Position" (palms up).

Take a Clear Quartz Generator in your left hand with the tip pointing towards your body.

Both hands should rest on your thighs if you are sitting or on the base where you are lying down so that your arms do not get tired.

Tune in to the Quartz Crystal (see "Tuning" under the label "Basic Crystal Therapy" in this blog).

Feel the energies of the Crystal ascending through your left hand (with each inhalation) and filling your entire body with energy (with each exhalation). When you do not feel the physical contact of the Crystal with your hand, but its energies with your energies, then you have tuned in to it.

Then recite a Mantra internally (see "Mantra Intonation" under the label "Second Level of Spiritual Healing") that you like or that is related to you or use the universal Mantra "AUM".

Repeat the Mantra within yourself constantly while you feel the energies of the Crystal also within you.

Meditating with the mantra "Aum" will unite your Soul with that of the Universe

Meditate on them, feel them, until the energies of the Crystal, the Mantra, your energetic bodies and the energies of your physical body merge into one.

Repeat the Mantra as many times as necessary, tune into the Crystal again if you "get lost" during the Meditation and do not forget to keep breathing long and deep.

The Mantra will amplify the energies of the Quartz Crystal, the Quartz Generator will in turn amplify the energies of the Mantra.

Effective meditation for "Energy Cleansing and Charging" of the Aura and physical Body. 

Vibrate with the healing energies of Quartz and Sound. You are one, you are the Whole.

Meditation with Quartz Crystals to Understand God and Life

"Crystal clear eyes of God." Tiger's Eye, Ox's Eye, Hawk's Eye

For such meditation only 3 quartz crystals are needed:

1 Tiger's Eye is placed on the Solar Plexus or Tan-Tien
1 Ox's Eye is placed on the Sacral chakra
1 Hawk's Eye is placed on the Base chakra

The "Eyes" of Quartz open our mind and understanding and allow us to see what is hidden in order to better understand physical and spiritual reality, the reason for our problems and perhaps illnesses. With the understanding that the "Eyes" of Quartz provide us, we will be able to understand our life and the reason for our calamities, problems, etc. and thus be able to solve them.

The meditation will last at least 20 minutes and can be repeated as many times as desired.

Meditation with a Clear Quartz Crystal to Heal Depression

The Rainbow Master Crystal brightens the Heart

The following meditation is often effective in removing sorrows, heartbreaks and negative thoughts from our energetic bodies. It also helps in the treatment of depression.
The meditation can be carried out as many times as you feel necessary.

Get a Clear Quartz Generator with a Rainbow inside.

1. Take the crystal with your left hand and its tip pointing towards your body.
2. Gaze at the crystal for a moment, until you can visualize its Rainbow with your eyes closed.
3. Tune in to the crystal (see "Basic Crystal Therapy")
4. With each breath fill your body and soul with the Rainbow of the crystal
5. With each exhalation, expand all those colors towards the Major Chakra System.

Alternative:

The Rainbow Crystal can be placed on the Heart chakra with the left hand.

Act in the same way as explained in the meditation cited above.

(Ideal Meditation time 20 minutes. Grounding is necessary).

Meditation with the Clear Quartz Crystal Ball to Activate the Third Eye

Meditating with a Quartz Crystal Ball develops Clairvoyance

Place a clear quartz ball of at least 10 centimeters in diameter at eye level, and about 30 centimeters in front of you.

Place a lit candle just behind the crystal ball, so that it illuminates it, but without you being able to see it. You should only see the illuminated crystal ball.

Breathe deeply and relax.

Look at the quartz ball but without straining your eyes, rather contemplate it. Do not consciously look inside it but "let the crystal allow you to see what it wants you to see."

The meditation should not last more than 11 minutes but can be done every day.
The goal with this meditation is not to see or not see something or other (which can be seen), but to activate the Third Eye, to obtain the ability to concentrate, visualize and mental clarity.
The energies of the crystal can also induce you to higher states of consciousness.

Meditation with a Double-Pointed Quartz Crystal to Focus, Balance and Regain Strength

Protect your House with Quartz Crystals

Quartz crystals can fill your home with light, peace and harmony

Even if you don't believe in crystals, they will still act in the healing and spiritual development of your body and soul, and also of your environment.

You can place crystals in various places in your house, such as shelves, on top of furniture, tables, desks, floors, etc., etc.

Druze love to be up high where they can cleanse the environment of negative energies and spread their light around them.

How to Clean Quartz Crystals

It is not Recommended or Practical to Clean the Crystals in Salt

Well, there are different methods or techniques to energetically clean quartz crystals and other gems, among the most popular is cleaning in water and salt or in coarse salt, which I do not recommend since salt is also a crystal that can be charged also from negative energies, and also because it can take the shine off our own crystals, which we are supposed to want to have splendid and keep them for life.

But there are other more elaborate methods such as burying the crystals in the ground, under the snow, or immersing them in river or sea water. Cleaning crystals by moonlight is pretty but impractical, just like the other methods listed above. Think of us as 21st century therapists, modern therapists who want to work in a practical way. Burying all our crystals (I work with about 90 crystals), every time they need a clean one, in the snow, is not only impractical but also uncomfortable.

Sandalwood Incense produces Higher Frequency Energies

There are 4 easy and recommended ways to energetically clean the "stones": With sandalwood incense ((produces high energies that undo all lower frequency energy), just put a sandalwood incense stick under the table where we have located the crystals), in sunlight for half an hour (the entire table with the crystals and other gems would be placed under the sun's rays for half an hour), with healing (healing can be sent to the entire "table of the crystal therapist" or pass it over with your hands), and finally, for me, the most practical and effective, placing the crystals to be cleaned on a large Transparent Quartz druse for 10 or 20 minutes.

I use (with necessity), a combination of the 4 ways of cleaning named in the previous paragraph. First, I recommend that each person place their crystals on a rolling table for practical therapeutic work. We will call this table the "Crystal Therapist Table".

Quartz Crystals are Easily Cleansed of Negative Energy
on a Clear Quartz Druse for 20 minutes

On the "Crystal Therapist's Table" a medium-sized Transparent Quartz druse should never be missing, that is, large enough to clean two or three crystals at the same time without touching each other. The druse will be placed on the side of the table closest to the therapist for practical reasons.

When removing the crystals from the patient's body at the end of the therapy, we will separate to one side those that we believe need cleaning. The idea with the energetic cleaning of the crystals is that the negative energies of the patient or external energies do not spread to the next patient, since the crystals have the property of storing, amplifying and reflecting the energies with which they are charged, that is, that it is not interesting to infect the next patient with the negative energies of the previous one.

A Druse should never be missing from the Crystal Therapist's Table

The first 2 or 3 crystals are deposited on the druse. In the following therapy, these 2 or 3 crystals are removed and another 2 or 3 are placed. After 10 or 20 minutes of therapy, the same thing continues. In the way explained, they can be easily cleaned as 12 crystals before you get to use them again, at least in the way that the Healers therapists belonging to the School of the Tinerfe Healing System work. Even better if you don't work until the next day because when you get to your consultation you will remove from the druse the crystals that you put the day before and you will place a few others on it, and so on, using common sense.

Of course, from time to time, as well as once a month, I take out the entire "Crystal Therapist's Table" so that they can "catch" the sun, or I pass a little sandalwood incense smoke over it, but, above all, I pass my two hands over it, (and without touching them, of course), doing "esses" on them, while the crystals receive healing. I have them in perfectly good condition and shiny, it's nice to see them.
