A few months ago I wrote in this same blog under the label "Reiki News" that what would all those doctors and nurses who practice Reiki in hospitals do when they start to feel sick, their stomach swells, burps, yawns, etc. The answer would be to go to the Masters of the Tinerfe Healing System to explain the reasons for these symptoms, misnamed spiritual crises, by most Reiki Masters, without really giving any answer.

"I do not know what is happening to me", "I think I am going crazy", "I take home the diseases of my patients", "People eat my Solar Plexus," I feel like the diseases of my patients possess "," I think they are stealing my energy "," People burn me ", etc. etc., are usually the phrases coming from those who consult me, so I do not understand why it is not reported, the subject is studied, they try to find solutions.

There is no clothing that protects against the contagion of energy diseases

It's hard for me to believe (I don't believe myself so much) that only I (personally) and the Teachers or Healing Therapists of the Tinerfe Healing System have the answer, the solution, the cure, the teachings and guidance to solve a problem that is prevented is worldwide and that can cause a great humanitarian catastrophe on a mental, emotional, sentimental and spiritual level, that is, on an energetic level (first), and then on a physical level. Yes, on a physical level as well, because what is not healed on an energetic level will manifest itself as a physical disease.

If so, the Natural Healing and Therapeutic System is willing to offer its services (if they do not boycott it first as they have tried to do so many times) of Information, Teaching, Guidance and Healing to any entity, be it a College, Institute, Faculty, University, Ministry, Government, etc. from any country in the world that requires and requests it.

How to Protect Yourself Preventively Against the Pandemic

Apple Cider Vinegar Helps Avoid Contagion by
Corona Virus, Eliminating the Weak Viral Load of your Body

The de-escalation by the corona virus has already begun in Spain and other countries, so it is of vital importance (and never better said), to know how to preventively protect against the pandemic that is hitting the planet.

Apart from the recommendations that public health gives us, which, of course, should be followed by "raja tabla", other measures can be taken that I follow as a therapist and teacher in healing, which, although other people may believe that I am obsessed , paranoid or hypochondriac, I am one of those who have always said that "prevention is better than cure", in fact, I teach my students that the important thing is not to get sick, and not to cure. By avoiding what makes us sick, we will not need to heal or cure ourselves, because we simply will not get sick.

If you are going to leave the house, for example to a store, supermarket or whatever, you should follow the following simple rules that I recommend:

Drink half a glass of water with a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar to eliminate any virus that enters you organism before it multiplies and the viral load is very strong that you get sick with fever, and other symptoms. Catching the virus in time is the key.

The Essential Oil Contained in Eucalyptus Candies
is Antiviral like Peppermint and / or Niaouli Oil

Put a eucalyptus candy (eucalyptus is antiviral), in your mouth and take 3 or 4 more with you in your pocket in case you need them. Sucking on a eucalyptus or peppermint (menthol) candy will eliminate any virus that reaches your throat, so it does not go down into your lungs.

Put disinfectant liquid on your hands (there are my own recipes in this blog), but, just by putting in a 100-milliliter bottle with spray such as perfume, alcohol (3/4 parts), hydrogen peroxide (1/4 part ), and 10 drops of essential oil of eucalyptus, niaouli, peppermint or any other antiviral essential oil will suffice. Don't forget to shake the mixture before using it as different liquids have different densities. Essential oils are sold in pharmacies, health food stores, and guild stores. You can carry the disinfectant liquid in your pocket, fanny pack, purse, etc., since it takes up little space, so that you have it on hand in case of need when you are on the street.

The last thing you will do before leaving is to put on the shoes that you will have left at the entrance of your house. Understand that shoes are always in contact with the ground where everything can fall, and you do not want to infect your house or your hands, so, put them carefully and never touching the bottom, sole, rubber, or whatever.

with Spray to be able to carry it in the pocket of the pants or fanny pack

Now you are ready to go.

In the street do not touch anything, no railings, no counters, no handrails, or anything. Better to put your hands in your pockets. It also avoids crowds of people (something that I have been recommending for 30 years, and that there were no pandemics). You, go "to your air" or "to your ball" as they say in other countries.

When you return home, take off your shoes and leave them at the entrance. Right there you put on some slippers, slippers, cholas, flip flops, or the like, so that you can go home comfortable.
Wash your hands and place purchases on shelves, refrigerators, etc.
Wash your hands again.

Take the Vic baporub canister and sniff 3 times `from each nostril. The alternative is to snort from the bottle of essential oil of eucalyptus or peppermint but very carefully, without sticking your nose too close because you could burn your nostrils.

Now have another half a glass of water with a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar.
If your throat stings when you get home, you can put another eucalyptus candy in your mouth (the faster you chew or suck it, the stronger its effect will be), or gargle with half a glass of water and a couple of tablespoons of apple cider vinegar. , but spit it out, don't swallow it, it will be very strong.

Always leave the shoes at the entrance of your house
because "anyone knows" what they may have stepped on

Your house, your home, your fortress. Now you can make a life as usual without any extra measures. I will talk in another article about how to disinfect homes and other environments if necessary.

What I have written in this article is what I do, and keep in mind that I have 30 years of experience as a vibrational medicine specialist. Perhaps, any day I can catch the virus, but, for sure, I am going to make it difficult, very, very difficult.

It seems like a lot but when you get used to it, when you introduce it into your life, they become basic hygiene and prevention rules that are necessary, very appropriate, and above all, very simple.
