A Goal List is as Spiritual as You Carry it Out

Everything I teach has a meaning.

The Goal List is so you know where to go on the "road" of life. Without goals you are a ship adrift. Also, think about it as a chance for you to practice "Let nothing stop you." Also, if you "act with love" to achieve your goals, you will be doing good for yourself, the planet and all of humanity. 

When you achieve your goals, you will feel fulfilled, and you, as part of humanity, will also be fulfilled by your triumphs. The goals you achieve will strengthen your Ego, your Solar Plexus, your "I, here and now" and you will feel with renewed strength to achieve new goals.

Furthermore, by "acting with love" when you achieve your goals, you will be manifesting God's Will on Earth through you. You will truly be living. God's Will and Yours will be the same. You will achieve everything you set out to do. You will be happy.

Your Goals Will Incite You to Walk Through Life

You will make the Goal List for the short and long term. I know that you set daily goals, and that is good because that way you also practice your potential, if you do not let them stop you and you always act with love, and it is good to plan day to day, but the "Goal List" is something else.

Set 10 short-term goals to achieve. "Things" that you want to achieve and that you think will make you happy or that you think you need. These will be goals to achieve in days, weeks or months. For example: A new phone, hang the picture that has been behind that chair for so long, renew my contact with my parents, tidy up the closet, start a simple project, start meditating, start walking every day, finish that book I'm halfway through, etc., etc.

Long-term goals (also 10) will be those that require more time and work on your part. "Things" that will take you months or even years to achieve, either because they are expensive and you need to work and save a lot, or because they are studies that require a certain amount of time, or anything else. For example, long-term goals could be: Starting a family, becoming happy, becoming a healing master, having my own practice, developing spiritually, or simply a new car, a house of my own, a farm or anything else.

Your Future is in Your Hands. Make it a Reality with Patience and Work

To help you, if you don't know what goals to set, remember when you were a child. Children know what they want and they have no fears, prejudices, or taboos. Remember what you wanted to be when you grew up as a child. It doesn't matter if you wanted to be an astronaut or the president of the government. Put that in your goals, and of course always move towards them.

Someday, I'm sure, you'll tell me: "Damian, I don't know what to do, I feel lost" and I'll tell you "look at your "Goals List."

As time goes by (it could be months or years) you can always go back to your "Goal List" and see if you have really followed the "right path", the path you wanted in life, or if on the contrary, you are going in the wrong direction. You can always redirect your path, redirect your life.

Healing is the Path to your Spiritual Home

You are Light from the Beginning
Healing is the Path back to that Light

When your father's sperm met your mother's egg, a "first cell" was created, in that cell all the information about how you were going to be as an adult was already found, as well as information about your soul. In that "first cell" there already existed what is called "divine spark", TAN-TIEN or "Nucleus Star", your divine essence. The first cell began to develop, dividing into two, four, eight, etc., cells that built your physical body connected to your mother through the umbilical cord. The "Core Star" or TAN_TIEN is therefore located behind your navel, in the center line of the body.

The "Core Star" is your true self, your true essence, who you really are, a spiritual being created in the image and likeness of God.

Apart from what you may have inherited from your ancestors, your parents, the school, society in general began to "educate" you and tell you "who you were": a girl and boys with boys and girls with girls, yes girls don't do this and that, that you're too small, that if you can't, etc., etc.

You are a Spark from the Divine Source of Eternal Light

Every time your parents told you that you were something that you were not, you separated yourself from yourself, from your "Core Star" but also separated you from everyone else who was not like you. I call the aforementioned "energy walls", every time we made a "wall" that separated us from ourselves inside, we also made a wall around us that separated us from all the others who were not like us. I'll give you an example: You were a girl, white and young, so you were different from children, from older people, from blacks. Your biggest difference would be back then with an older black man. The above is just an example and in our life we ​​have thousands.

We really separate ourselves from everything and everyone because we believe that we are something that we are not. Think that God said that we were all equal. This separation from ourselves and from external reality is the beginning of all the ills that plague the earth, humanity today and is the cause of all disease. Trying to live believing that we are something that we are not, we are outside our natural environment that is love, we get sick, we get old and we die.

Healing is the Way back Home, the Way to God

Healing, then, is the "way back home, to ourselves, to our true self, to our divine essence." Healing is breaking down barriers, breaking down all those energetic walls that separate us from ourselves and from others, breaking down taboos, prejudices, shame, fears, erroneous teachings, etc. that we do not need for our spiritual and personal development, but that stop us, manipulate, and control our lives.

Think that everything that stops, manipulates, controls, forces, separates does not come from God. God gave us "free will."

Healing is a divine gift (a gift from God) that if you use it with faith will give you a lot of power (to heal yourself and heal humanity), and if you use that power with love (love for God, others and yourself), will give you glory, then, that glory you keep or you give it to God. I personally give the glory to God.

Your Life is your own Creation: Let Nothing and Nobody Stop You

DO NOT LET ANYTHING STOP YOU!

Let nothing stop you, because excuses do not exist. Every time you want an excuse not to do something (the devil) will come, with a bag full of excuses of all sizes, all sizes, all colors, so you can choose the one that interests you most at that precise moment. We look for excuses not to do what we think we can't do. You don't need excuses, you can do anything and everything you want.

If nothing stops you in life, you will achieve everything, but as long as you act with love. When you achieve your goals you will feel fulfilled and a fulfilled person is a happy person. Personal fulfillment fulfills the Universe, gives you new energy to move forward and achieve more goals, it is supposed to be for your own good, that of humanity and the good of the planet and the Universe.

It is not nonsense, but every time you try to do something they will always try to stop you, perhaps your own prejudices, fears, shame. Perhaps your own friends, family, etc. Very rarely do we receive selfless support for our future plans from others, as they continue to act and think in fear.

The (You), Personal Realization Realizes Humanity and the Universe

Every time you try to do something important in your life, then they will try to stop you harder, they will make it more difficult for you. Think that everything is an attempt to stop you, to show you that you have no power over your life, that you are incapable of using the "free will" with which God blessed you.

But why and who is really trying to stop us?

The people around us are not really to blame for their way of acting against us and our wishes, but rather they are just puppets, who have been educated in a certain way, to be manipulated, according to the wishes of certain negative forces. I call them the "negative spirit beings."

They try to stop us to show us that we are incapable of directing our own feet, to take away our "free will". Remember that God created you in his image and likeness with unlimited potential. You are great and powerful, and negative spirit beings know it. They also know that if they allowed you to live at ease, you would do great things for Humanity, they could not with you.

You were born to succeed. You were born to be happy

Negative spiritual beings will always use "what we are not and what we think we are" to stop us, manipulate us, control us, force us. Examples would be being called old, young, sick, female, married, single, Christian, etc., etc. Your friends may tell you: "where are you going now with your age, don't you think you're a little older?, or perhaps: "you've never been good at studies" or "that's a long time" or They will fill you with fear.

Think about the past of your life and almost always they have tried to stop you or make things impossible for you every time you wanted to do something important in life. Just be aware of the deception and of course don't let anything stop you. There is a myth that "if something has to happen to you in life, it happens easily, or it just 'comes'". It is just a myth, life does not come from anywhere, you create life with love or with fear, succeeding or failing, they are your choices (of course they are influenced by others until you become the Master of your Life).

Now you know better, excuses don't exist, your life is your own creation. You are great and powerful, for you nothing is impossible. You will get everything you set out to do.

Healing is Life. Healing is Philosophy too

He thinks that Healing, after all, is "opening paths" in the human energy body so that life can flow through his soul in the easiest, most agile, possible way. If a person has a problem in his life, it is that somewhere in his energy body there is a blockage.

Imagine a sphere of white light in the "Star of the Soul", inspire that light through the Hara Line to the "Star of the Core" ("Alignment with the Light"), change in the "Star of the Core" the frequency of the white light to the color or energy that we wish to channel (thinking it, repeating its name or mantra, mentally imagining it in the "Core Star").
