Reproductive System: Sexuality and Creativity

Development. Personal Realization through Creativity

Diseases of the Reproductive System are closely linked to the individual's emotional and sentimental state, to their creativity based on love for self-development.

A person who uses their creative energies courageously (i.e., without fear) to develop themselves should never suffer from any ailments or conditions related to the Reproductive System.
A person who performs sexual acts lovingly to create life and thus develop as a person should also have no problems with the Reproductive System.

All diseases of the Reproductive System are due to an excess or deficiency of emotions (passions) and feelings, or a disconnection between the two. Negative emotions and negative feelings, or emotions without feelings.

Examples of the above could be:
A person who only creates (works) without love, only doing so out of obligation.
A person who uses sex excessively as a method of escaping frustration.
A person who does not involve their heart (feelings) in the sexual act (emotions, creativity).
The person who doesn't "see" the fruits of their labor (frustration) or family approval (disillusionment), leading to aggression (imbalance in the Sacral chakra).
The person who loves (heart chakra) but is not reciprocated sexually (Sacral chakra), leading to frustration and heartbreak (fear, grief, hatred).
The person who desires to develop their creativity (Sacral chakra) but lacks financial support (frustration).

Definition of Work: "Pleasurable Free Activity"

Hundreds of examples and hundreds of diseases associated with the Reproductive System could be listed, but to conclude, ask yourself these questions:
Do I work with love and therefore enjoy it?
Do I feel fulfilled in my life?
Am I doing what I want?
Is my work my passion and my life mission?
Am I developing as a human being?
Do I love and am I loved in return?
Do I love my partner?
Do I love sex?
Do I have sex with the person I love?
Are my relationships loving?
Is my life dynamic and creative?

In short, to avoid diseases of the Reproductive System (and this is the metaphysical explanation), we must:
"Create and work with love and love our work. If not, do the work you love and create what you love in order to develop as a person by creating."
"Love the person with whom you have sexual intercourse or engage in sexual activity with the person you truly love in order to develop as a person by creating life (procreation)."

We don't talk about work as a torture we must accept, nor about celibacy, but I assure you it's more pleasurable and more beneficial for body, mind, and soul: "Sex with love" and "work that is loved."

Irritability and Bad Mood? You Have an Unbalanced Sacral Chakra

Frustrations and Disappointments: The Root of Irritability and Bad Mood

Irritability and bad mood are always due to energetic blockages or imbalances in the major chakra, known as the Sacral or Sacral chakra.

The Sacral chakra becomes blocked and unbalanced due to frustration, disappointment, helplessness at being unable to do anything about it, feeling that the situation got out of hand without achieving the desired result, and feeling powerless to change it.

Anger, although a symptom of frustration itself, further unbalances the Sacral chakra, causing more irritability and bad mood. A vicious cycle is created from which there is no escape, as anger (due to imbalances in the Sacral chakra) further unbalances the Sacral chakra (causing more anger).

In any case, the primary root of irritability and bad mood is always frustration, whether created by others or ourselves.

It should also be noted that frustration never "arrives alone" but is always accompanied by trauma, however mild. In other words: there is no frustration without associated trauma.
The discomfort caused by trauma in the Solar Plexus (which produces irritability) coupled with frustration (bad mood) in the Sacral chakra can be an explosive mix.

Although it could be said that frustration is always created by ourselves, due to not acting with love but with self-interest. As long as you expect something from others, you can be disappointed or frustrated, feeling powerless in a situation where you expected and desired "something" in return (i.e., self-interested "love," not true love).

Sexual Frustrations are due to Unrealistic Expectations

Love doesn't frustrate, love doesn't create disappointment, nor does it create impotence. Love acts completely selflessly, never expecting anything in return.

There is another type of frustration, and it is none other than sexual frustration, which, of course, also unbalances the Sacral chakra. In this case, the cause of frustration is sexual fantasies and expectations. Expectations limit, but in the case of fantasies, they almost never come true, because fantasies are fantasies and therefore almost always lead to frustration and bad moods. It's

also worth mentioning that in many cases, irritability and bad moods can be caused by people around us who are irritable and pass their bad mood on to us through pure "energetic resonance."

There are cases of witchcraft where the goal of sending negative energies is to cause irritation and bad moods, especially among couples, family members, partners, etc.

Thus, the only way to never experience disappointment, with the irritability and bad mood that it entails, would be to "never expect anything from anyone or anything at all."
You also can't expect anything from yourself, because you can also experience disappointment.
The only one from whom you can expect "something"—that is, everything—is God, since God is Omnipotent and God is Love.

Also, be aware of when and where you feel irritated, annoyed, or in a bad mood. It could be the energies of your environment, of other people, or those negative energies of irritation being sent to you from outside, that is, imposed by other people.

Make Love, and You Will Have Neither Time nor Desire to Make War (for Peace in the World)

Make Love, and You Will Have Neither Time nor Desire to Make War

Despite what everyone has believed until now, the peace symbol is not a modern creation. The peace symbol is not based on landing signals for aircraft. The peace symbol dates back to the dawn of Humanity and has a hidden meaning (to this day), very deep, rooted in the human soul, in the Human Spiritual Anatomy.

It could not be otherwise, every symbol represents concentrated energies, which become an archetype, perhaps unconscious, perhaps conscious, in the life of the human being. The peace symbol could not be an exception, otherwise it would not be used as a symbol of peace.

The peace symbol fills that energetic void, that unconscious desire to become what we really are: Beings created in the image of God. The peace symbol naturally expresses the need of the human being to fulfill his "vital task" and achieve his goals as an incarnated spiritual being.

On the other hand, it is logical to think that the symbol of peace would not be used as a symbol of peace if it did not really express/represent those energies of peace (redundancies intended). Of course it is. The soul is at the helm, the energies are in charge. The human soul would never allow itself to be guided by a symbol that did not contain the energies it represents. We may be fools, but our soul is wise.

Meaning of the Peace Symbol. Balanced Soul Paths

Explanation of the true meaning of the peace symbol:
The central circle represents the Sacral chakra of the Major Chakra System of the Human Spiritual Anatomy. The lines crossing the central circle represent the different energetic "paths" of the flow of energies from the aforementioned energy center.

The upper vertical line up to the crossing of lines represents the energetic "path" that flows from the Solar Plexus chakra to the Sacral chakra, that is, the path of personal fulfillment: Solar Plexus = Ego, Sacral = creative energies in motion. The path of "self-realization" is the energy that we put into motion to create something that will truly fulfill us personally. A healthy soul really creates for self-realization.

The lower vertical line, which runs from the crosshairs downwards, is the "path of manifestation." We put creative energies into motion to manifest what we desire on the physical plane. This energetic path, when healthy, runs from the Sacral chakra to the Base chakra. Remember that life flows through you, and that it is not something that happens around you.

One of the two oblique lines with respect to the main axis represents the "path of work," as "pleasurable free activity" (right line). This energetic path is the one that goes from the Sacral chakra to the right "Abundance Center" (right groin). The other oblique line represents the "path of personal appreciation," that is, the energetic path that flows from the Sacral chakra to the left groin ("right Abundance Center"). This path receives the money, the energy, the sustenance deserved by its creation to be able to rest (Sacral chakra) and recover strength to create/work again and therefore manifest.

The True Meaning of the Ancient Symbol of Peace:
Balanced Sacral Chakra Pathways: Peace Harmony Temperance

When the "four paths" of the Sacral chakra remain healthy, that is, without any blockages, then the human being creates in harmony with nature, feeling completely satisfied and fulfilled with his free creative expression. A fulfilled person, a person satisfied with his creation, is a happy person.

That's right, no more and no less, you will never find a person who feels completely fulfilled and is unhappy. Or to put it another way: the "energy paths" that start and arrive at the Sacral chakra, if they are healthy and clear, will never produce frustration.

On the other hand, we realize that a fulfilled, happy person maintains calm, is temperate, is tolerant, laughs at the impertinences of others, that is, has inner peace and maintains outer peace. He also rejoices in the joys of his fellow men.

Therefore, it has been proven (at least by me) that people who make war are frustrated people, with complexes, dissatisfied with their lives, who perhaps do not like other people being happy and wish to take that happiness away from them. In other words, the above could be expressed by saying that "frustrated, dissatisfied people are very upset when other people are doing well" and therefore wish for their destruction.

Another phrase that confirms my theory is "make love (balanced Sacral chakra, sexuality, creativity) and not war" (unbalanced Sacral chakra, frustration, destruction).

The Paths of Peace. The Paths of the Sacral Chakra (Question of Metaphysics)

The Paths of the Sacral Chakra. The Paths of Peace

The circle represents the Sacral or Sacral chakra of the Major Chakra System of Human Spiritual Anatomy. The lines that cross the central circle represent the different energetic "paths" of the flow of energies from the aforementioned energy center.

The upper vertical line to the crossing of lines represents the energetic "path" that flows from the Solar Plexus chakra to the Sacral chakra, that is, the path of personal realization: Solar Plexus = Ego, Sacral = creative energies in motion. On the path of ""personal realization" flows the energy that we put into motion to create something that will truly fill us with personal satisfaction. A healthy soul truly creates to self-realize.

The lower vertical line, which goes from the criss-cross downwards, is the "Path of Manifestation". We put creative energies into motion to manifest what we desire on the physical plane. This energetic path, when healthy, runs from the Sacral chakra to the Base chakra. you, and that it is not something that happens around you.

The Sacral Chakra has Four Energy Paths

One of the two oblique lines with respect to the main axis represents the "Way of Work", as "pleasant free activity" (right line). This energetic path is the one that goes from the Sacral chakra to the right "Center of Abundance" (right groin). The other oblique line represents the "Path of Personal Appreciation", that is, the energetic path that flows from the Sacral chakra to the left groin ("left Center of Abundance"). This path receives the money, the energy, the sustenance deserved by its creation to be able to rest (Sacred chakra) and regain strength to create/work again and therefore manifest.
When the "four paths" of the Sacral chakra remain healthy, that is, without any blockage, then the human being creates in harmony with nature, feeling completely satisfied and fulfilled with his free creative manifestation. A fulfilled person, a person satisfied with his creation is a happy person. That's right, neither more nor less, you will never find a person who feels completely fulfilled and is unhappy. Or in other words, the "energy paths" that start and reach the Sacral chakra, if they are healthy and clear, will never produce frustration.

Make love and not war. Balanced Chakra Expression

On the other hand, we realize that a fulfilled, happy person maintains calm, is temperate, is tolerant, laughs at the impertinences of others, that is, has inner peace and maintains external peace. He also rejoices in the joys of his fellow men. He lives in peace!

Therefore, it has been demonstrated (at least by me) that the people who wage war are frustrated, self-conscious people, dissatisfied with their lives, who, perhaps, do not like that other people are happy and want to take that happiness away from them. In other words, the above could be expressed by saying that "frustrated, dissatisfied people  are very upset when things are going well for other people"  and therefore they wish for their destruction.

Another phrase that confirms my theory is "make love (balanced Sacred chakra, sexuality, creativity) and not war" (unbalanced Sacred chakra, frustration, destruction).

Love as Life-Creating Energies

The Energy of Love is very Effective in Healing the Sacral Chakra

Place your hands (face down), on your lower abdomen (Sacral chakra), four horizontal fingers below your navel.

The thumb, index and middle fingers of both hands will be joined together forming a heart on her pubis.

Visualize in pink the healing symbol that represents the "Love" energies under the heart that you formed between your hands.

Love. Healing Energies channeled by Damián Alvarez

Recite the mantra "Love" in groups of three: Love, Love, Love, paying attention, directing the channeled energy towards your lower abdomen. She wraps her entire reproductive and urinary system with the soft energies like pink clouds that her hands and the heart formed between them give off.

Twenty minutes per session is usually enough.

Crossing your arms at the end of therapy to close off the healing energies.

Repeat as many times as you want, although it is usually very effective from the first session.

Kundalini energy. Sexual and Creative Energy. Life Energy

Kundalini energy. Source of Vigor, Strength, Passion and Life

Have you ever been in love? Do you remember that you could spend the whole night having sex, hardly sleeping and the next day go to work radiant, with bright eyes, with the "handsome turned up" and everyone notice a change in your person? Do you remember that you sighed every time you remembered your lover? Well, that is the Kundalini energy.

Kundalini Energy is a source of vigor and strength. The greatest feats of humans and "demigods" in classical literature demonstrate this (out of passionate love one could do everything, great feats, for the mere fact of loving/desiring another person).

The Kundalini Energy starts from the dorsal aspect of the chakra called Sakro (will to create to have sex). The Sakro chakra controls blood flow in the body, in fact sexual arousal is increased blood flow to the genitals, lips, nipples, anus, etc. Blood is life, if blood flows life also flows. An active sex life is an active life. When life/blood does not flow we die inevitably.

Kundalini. The Creative and Sexual Energy that Heals your Life

But as much as society is modernized and liberated, sex is still a taboo for the vast majority. Passionate sexual desire is associated with perverse people who have nothing else on their minds, perverts, people with whom you have to be careful, whores, infidelities, etc. That's right, neither more nor less. But keep in mind that sexual energy is the same energy that we use when we work or create a work of art (for example). The sexual and creative energies are the same.

The more energy the Sacral chakra metabolizes, the healthier we will be. Passionate falling in love does not arise from the heart but from the Sacrum, it is the energy of the Kundalini, an infinite energy with which we can climb mountains and perform miracles just by being close to our lover.

I recommend to people who want to awaken their Kundalini energy to fall in love with God, with life, with themselves, with another person, to live their life as if they were passionately in love.

...and do you remember that you sighed every time you remembered your girlfriend or lover? That is the Kundalini energy.

Complexes, Frustrations and Aggression

Complexes often cause them repeated frustrations

Anger often enters our lives through disappointments and frustrations. A frustrated person easily becomes aggressive and sends out waves of negative emotions that hurt both the sender and the people to whom it is sent. Anger is expressed in resentment, hatred, rage, aggressiveness. These low/negative emotions (even if they do not reach physical aggression) are negative energies, which are directed consciously or unconsciously towards the person who could offend us in some way.

Also emphasize that it is not the fault of another person "that we feel offended", but of our inner insecurity, of our complexes, of our previous frustrations. A person with a balanced Sacral chakra is not usually offended so easily, a self-confident person is not usually bothered by other people's impertinence either. The "trick" (as I have already written so many times), in order not to get frustrated and/or angry is "not to expect anything from anyone or expect anything". In any case, the one who acts with love never expects anything from anyone, because love is disinterested, therefore the one who acts with love can never be disappointed and get angry about it.

Frustrated people, whether sexually or creatively, also tend to be self-conscious, insecure, easily aggressive and do not accept other people's sexual or work successes.

Use the Energies of your Sacral Chakra to Create and not Envy

If you really want to change your life and achieve both loving and creative successes, try to use those destructive energies/emotions that you waste getting angry with others, in creative, constructive energies. Do not waste the energy of your Sacral chakra, your creative potential, in hating those who have been able to achieve what makes you so envious...
