| The Spiritual Path. The Only Path to Happiness |
The spiritual path is the only alternative. Do you have a better one? Dancing in a disco with a drink in your hand? You know as well as I do that there is no better alternative to God and love. In reality, there is no alternative, since we are spiritual beings, and what you call the "spiritual path" or "spiritual development" should be natural for every human being, since the essence of humanity is spiritual.
... I have been on this "path" for more than 30 years, and I know for a fact that the only thing that has kept me going in "difficult" times has been my spirituality. In fact, it has been proven that people who have some kind of faith always overcome "crises" better than those who do not believe in anything.
I once wrote: "It is easy to preach in heaven, but not so easy in hell." With the above phrase I want to tell you that Healing, the Philosophy of life and everything else you have learned is not for good times, but to be used in difficult situations. Of course, in good times, spirituality must be kept active in order to become strong and not be defeated in bad times (that is, not to be caught weak or off guard).

| Happiness is Living Above Circumstances, Above Dualism |
I usually tell my students: "Give yourself healing when you are bad, but when you are well, give yourself even more healing, take advantage of it and that way you will develop and become strong," because difficult times will surely come.
On the other hand, learning means "making it yours." The one who does not introduce what he studies into his life does not learn.
Do you remember the Key to Happiness? "Be yourself, act with love, let nothing stop you." Everything I teach has a transcendence. I teach what I teach because I am aware that one day they will try to make you believe that you are "something" or "someone" that you are not, that they will try to make you live in fear and that they will also try to stop you. Now is the perfect time to use what you have learned. "Do not believe the devil's lies, understand that the devil is a liar."
You are not all that you tell me you have lost. First, nothing is yours, second, you know who you are and who you are not and you are much more than all that.

| The Great Master does not wait, but creates his Life, creates his Happiness |
In any case, try to be the Grand Master of your life, that is, to make sure that what you want happens in your life (always for your own good and that of others, of course), and not to be a puppet of negative energies.
If it is any consolation, remember that none of us is free from "difficult moments." All of us, as you know, there are many of us, have gone through the same or more difficult things than you. You must be above the circumstances. Happiness does not depend on what happens to you in life, but on your position regarding it.
Happy is not the one to whom wonderful things happen. Happy is the one who experiences everything in life as wonderful, because for him/her there is no "bad" alternative, there is no duality, that is, he/she is above duality...
...or as I usually say, think and feel at all times in my life: how good!
