| Only people with a strong ego know how to love unconditionally |
While the Ego says, "This is for me," the Alter Ego says, "This is for us." While the Ego says, "This would be good for me," the Alter Ego says, "This is good for humanity."
The Alter Ego thinks beyond itself, it thinks for the good of everything and everyone. The Alter Ego vibrates/"lives" on a higher spiritual plane of union with everything and everyone: The Angelic Plane.
Our Ego affects the Alter Ego. We cannot change or heal the Alter Ego so easily, but by healing the Ego (Solar Plexus), the Alter Ego (Third Eye) will also be healed, by direct relationship.
People with a big and strong Ego (whatever other teachers say), have no problem with their "Higher Self", with their Alter Ego, like myself, because if I feel sure of myself, strong, and fulfilled, then I am happy, and I am able to use my Alter Ego for the benefit of the planet and humanity.

They are people with a weak Ego, those who are insecure, those who have complexes, those who are frustrated, those who harm their "higher Self", since they become selfish and "everything for me and nothing for others."
A weak Ego creates negative feelings, emotions and thoughts, such as jealousy, anger, envy, fear, worries, etc., which makes the person selfish.
A person with a weak Ego becomes susceptible, has complexes, everything hurts him, he sees everyone else as better than himself, which turns him into a time bomb.
The weak ego thinks selfishly. Envy, jealousy, anger, sorrow, frustration make it think "I hope I have a good harvest and the neighbor's harvest is ruined", "why can he have it and I can't?", "I'd rather throw it away than give it away", "what do I care about others? As long as I have something to eat, I don't care about anything", etc., etc.
The weak ego, with complexes, feels damaged by everything and everyone: "Life is unfair, everyone has more than me." The weak ego begins to have negative thoughts about humanity, and wants what others have and he believes he does not have. He also believes that by obtaining physical, material things he will feel better, stronger, more secure. Vanity, pride, arrogance.

Thoughts towards humanity and the planet (now using the Alter Ego), begin to become destructive, criminal, perverse.
Desires for revenge, to separate those who are united, to destroy other people's property, and other even worse thoughts such as planning crimes, wars, plots, boycotts, deceptions, scams, thefts.
The thoughts that now transcend the "Higher Self" (which at this point has become a "junk Self"), that is, the thoughts that he has about humanity, other beings and the universe, do not vibrate at the frequency determined for the Angelic Plane in which his body "lives." The Alter Ego can no longer subsist in the Angelic Plane because it has lowered the frequency of the energies of its Angelic Body. Spiritual Fall.
A sick Third Eye (although criminality, in any of its forms, is a disease) deteriorates by vibrating at a low energy frequency (not natural for its essence), and causes brain and mental illnesses. Insane people, tyrants, psychopaths, serial killers, abusers, thieves, are just some of the beasts that can be born from a sick Alter Ego, from an unbalanced Third Eye.
