Women, Stress and Depression (The Ignorance of Psychology is Great)

Until Psychology does not Return to Study the Human Soul
as in the past, it will only Harvest Failures because we have a Soul

The last articles (which I have not read), since I do not read anyone so as not to be influenced, and because if I read others I would not have time to write), about depression whose titles I have seen, have given me the reason in everything I write.

These articles were headed as follows:
The first:  "Women who suffer many traumas in their youth are usually more prone to depressions derived from menopause."
The second: " People who live under stress in their youth often suffer from depression when they are older."

In these two cases, Psychology agrees with me, and they take it away from themselves. Let me explain: Women who suffer from "depressions" derived from menopause, if they are due to traumas, because they are not depressions, but symptoms associated with traumas, which we know are caused by sentimental losses.

In the second case, Psychology also agrees with me, since stress is a symptom, or rather an unconscious "avoidance method" (I'll explain later), of traumatized people and not of depressed people.

Depression is caused by sorrow and there is no sorrow without trauma,
but there are traumas without sorrow, without depression

The truth is, I have seen few, perhaps none, really depressed people who were stressed, on the contrary, they are people who become docile, who are unable to move their own feet and hands, even less stressed in some task.

We Healers know that stress is a symptom of traumas, of blockages in the Solar Plexus and does not produce any depression if it is not associated with pain.

The person who suffers from stress uses it as a method of escape from himself, he stresses himself not to feel, to not feel how he is.

While the person in question lives outside, he lives quickly and superficially, and if he sleeps when he gets to bed it is because he feels completely "defeated", very, very tired. They don't have time to think, to feel, to look inside, towards their interior, towards their soul, and that for them is "good", a short-term "solution". That if the person sat alone for five minutes and really felt how her soul is, then she would notice how bad her Solar Plexus is, damaged by trauma.

Neither Stress nor Evasion methods Heal but Repress

Avoiding traumas is not healing those traumas but "not wanting to feel them", because traumas hurt.

When the person reaches a more mature age, perhaps retirement, and no longer has "reason" to be stressed and is forced to sit back and look inward, then they notice the effects of traumas, not only youthful, but of their entire life. life. He literally comes face to face with all of his traumas from which he can no longer escape, and he believes, or is misdiagnosed, "Depression."

In the two cases exposed above, the affected people should be treated as traumatized people and not as depressed people (since they are not).
