It is clear that anger opens us up to negative energies, whether we are aware of it or not. When you get angry you can create a "cloud" of negative energy so powerful that you lose control. That "cloud" of negative energy can "push" you to wreak havoc around you, to create chaos and commit atrocities such as psychological and physical abuse and even blood crimes, the so-called crimes of passion.

Sometimes, anger, that "cloud" of negative energy turns against yourself causing a total imbalance in your soul. There are two variants, panic and hysteria.
Any individual in a state of panic or hysteria can cause inappropriate barbarities of his person in himself, such as pulling out his hair, hitting, biting, digging his nails, injuring himself in any other way or humiliating and depraving himself. The hysterical person or who suffers from panic attacks can also attack the environment and other beings without caring about the consequences.
Like people who commit barbarities under the influence of drugs or alcohol, the human who commits atrocities causing terror among his peers is usually not aware of it, so he is used to asking for forgiveness when he realizes what he has done.

Jealousy, Envy, Resentment, Rage Predispose you to Anger

Crimes of passion follow the same line, a sufficiently strong anger, frustration, disappointment associated with a trauma turns any person into a potential murderer. The police know this, almost always when they arrive at the scene of the crime they find a human waste collected in a corner, on the ground and when they ask him why he has done it, he usually answers "he doesn't know". Crimes of passion are usually unconscious, not premeditated.
The most common example is that of the father of a family who comes home with a few "too many drinks" and perhaps already angry at some suspicion of betrayal or infidelity that he has towards his closest relatives and in a fit of rage kills his mother-in-law, his wife and children. Some end up taking their own lives as well.

The cause of the anger that opens the door to negative energies that push the human soul to become violent is usually the impotence of not being able to change an event, a fact, a decision of (especially) your partner or other close beings. Examples could be the infidelity of a member of the couple or the decision to separate. In these cases, the person becomes aggressive because it gets out of hand, they lose control over the situation and they have no other way out than to use their anger on her impotence.

But not only the attacked is the victim of anger, but also the aggressor. Both the victim and the aggressor have the same to lose. The victim suffers mistreatment or the loss of his life, but so does the aggressor. The aggressor, if we see it from a metaphysical point of view, is used by negative spiritual beings, he is largely or totally unaware of his actions: One more victim.

Disillusion yourself, you are not that anger, that aggressiveness, that uncontrolled fury, those negative energies. You are a being of love, so control yourself and act with love. Anger, desire for revenge, rage, resentment are strong energies but love is much more powerful. You will see that if you control the first negative impulse of destruction, hold on for a few minutes, do not play along with those negative energies and do not let yourself be carried away by them, then the negative energies will lose their power over you and you will remain tempered. You will have won the battle...
