| The Person with the Balanced Sacrum does not Get Frustrated or Angry |
Irritability and bad mood are always due to energy blockages or imbalances in the major chakra called Sacrum or Sacral.
The Sacral Chakra is blocked and unbalanced due to frustrations, disappointments, impotence of not being able to do anything about it, that the situation got out of hand without achieving the desired result and not being able to do anything to change it.
Anger, although it is a symptom of the same frustration, unbalances the Sacral Chakra even more, causing more irritability and bad mood. A vicious circle is created from which one cannot get out, since anger (due to imbalances in the Sacral Chakra) further unbalances said chakra (causing more anger).
In any case, the first root of irritability and bad humor is always a frustration, whether it is created by others or by ourselves.

| Sexual Fantasies usually end in Frustration and Impotence |
Also say that frustration never "comes alone" but is always accompanied by a trauma, however slight it may be. In other words: there is no frustration without associated trauma.
The discomfort caused by the trauma in the Solar Plexus (which produces irritability) accompanied by a frustration (bad mood) in the Sacral Chakra can become an explosive mix.
Although it could be said that frustration is always created by ourselves because of not acting with love but rather out of interest. As long as you expect something from others, you can be disappointed or frustrated, leaving yourself powerless in a situation in which you expected, you wanted "something" in return (that is, interested "love" and not true love).
Love does not frustrate, love does not create disappointments, nor impotence, love acts in a totally selfless way without ever expecting anything in return.
There is another type of frustration and it is neither more nor less than sexual frustration, which of course also unbalances the Sacral Chakra. In this case, the cause of the frustration is sexual fantasies and expectations. An expectation limits, but in the case of fantasies, they almost never come true, because fantasies are fantasies and therefore almost always lead to frustration and bad mood.

Also mention that in many cases irritability and bad mood can be caused by people in our environment who are irritated and spread their bad mood to us by pure "energy resonance".
There are cases of witchcraft where the goal of sending negative energies is to cause irritation and bad mood, especially between couples, family members, partners, friends, etc.
Thus, the only way to never be disappointed, with the irritability and bad humor that it entails, would be "never expecting anything from anyone or expecting anything."
Nor can you expect anything for yourself, because you can also be disappointed.
From the only one you can expect "something", that is, everything, is from God, since God is Omnipotent and God is Love.
Also be aware of when and where you feel irritated, annoyed, moody, it could be the energies of the environment, of other people or that they were sending you those negative energies of irritation from outside, that is, imposed by other people.
