| There is no person who has not experienced trauma. |
There is no person on the face of the earth who has not experienced trauma. There is no person on the face of the earth who is free of trauma.
Traumas are caused by the fear that negative education has instilled in us; they block the Solar Plexus where we can find the root of all illness.
By avoiding traumas or healing the traumas we experienced, we would never get sick.
Trauma is the “Disease of Life.”
A good preventive medicine would be positive education based on love, but the current “system” is very far from the idea of educating with love or introducing love into teaching.
Even worse is the family teaching that is not based on love but on interest: “I love you as long as you love me”, “if you behave well (just as it is expected of you, just as the “system” expects you to act) then I will love you”, “how good is the girl who studies so much and is always doing her homework”, “playing the PlayStation you are not going to be anyone in life, study my child”, “you have to work and take responsibility”, “ Why do I love you if you don't give me anything”, “I have nothing to offer you”, “and what are people going to think if...?”

| Is "Interested Love" Perhaps the Only Love We Know? |
Do you recognize yourself in the previous sentences? This is how we educate our children, this is how we live. What we think is love is only interest.
In all our words and actions towards others we can identify the supposed love that we dedicate to those who do "what we want" or to "those who do as we believe they should do" or to "those who act and behave as we expect them to." let them act.” We label any person who does not act as we believe they should act as bad, our love for that person in this case disappears.
Every thought, feeling and emotion is energy that affects the beings around us. If our thoughts, feelings and emotions are negative, we will be doing a lot of harm to those we believe are our loved ones, we will be traumatizing them.
The Solar Plexus is the “Sun of your Life”, if this energy center is blocked, your soul will find itself in darkness and your life will be a storm.
You can heal yourself and others from the “Disease of Life” with selfless love.
