Meditating with Nature Relaxes, Healthy, provides Inner Peace and Vitality |
On a sunny day, find a place in nature near a lake, a forest and a meadow.
Choose a place in the forest that catches your attention, where you are completely surrounded by trees and sit on a place or large stone that is covered with moss and from where you can see the lake and the meadow.
With your hands resting on your thighs and up and your eyes closed, concentrate on the sounds of the forest: on the wind that blows and plays with the branches of the trees, soft noises of almost imperceptible animals, light sounds of broken branches, some trilling of birds.
Listen to the silence and feel the peace and strength that the forest transmits to you. Feel the energy of the stone where you are sitting and even the energy of the moss under your body.
Feel how the trees become accomplices of your meditation, connecting to you and filling you with energy and inner peace. Stay like this for a while.
Open your eyes now and focus your attention on the blue lake, concentrate on it, contemplate it, close your eyes and let its melodious "sigh" reach you.
Try to listen to the new harmonious sound that small waves create as they reach the shore and hit the stones and sand.
Try to listen to the murmur of the water inside you, with your soul.
That sound that you "hear" internally refreshes your entire body and senses (perhaps a moment before tired), cleanses your entire being: your body, mind and spirit.
You feel like a new person.

Now the meadow "calls you", open your eyes, enjoy the vision of the multicolored flowers that rise towards the sky on their carpet of green grass.
She breathes those colors, fill yourself with them, she tries to experience the aroma of that meadow that the breeze gives you, fill yourself with those smells as well.
Fill yourself with the illusion of life, passion, joy and vitality.
When you have finished you can dance in the meadow looking at the sky, spinning non-stop around yourself with your arms open and shouting with joy, happiness and gratitude.
Or why not enjoy a comforting and relaxing bath in the lake completely naked or hug a tree or two or three and transmit, in return, all the joy, peace, enthusiasm with which they favored you?
You heard the forest, the lake, the meadow. You felt its immense power of healing and renewal.
You are happy, you are the forest, the lake and the meadow...
...you will never forget them...
This meditation with the energies of nature can be carried out even in your own home, you just have to be able to visualize/ imagine the forest, the lake, the meadow and their smells, sounds and sensations. But of course you would miss bathing naked in nature and hugging the trees.
