I realize from the way you ask the question that you already know the answer and you could answer it the same as me, but oh well.
What is love?
The answer is easy: Love is you and me and the force that unites us.
Love is the most powerful energy in the Universe. God is Love, so by observing what God is like we will know two things: What love is and what human beings are.
Love is a selfless creative energy. Humans love when we create selflessly, that is, when we are "ourselves", since our essence is love.
Love is the natural habitat of the human being, really of every living being, since we have been created with love and we live in the loving creation called the Universe.
People get sick and die because they don't live with love. The vast majority live in fear, which is the opposite of love.

The vast majority of people believe that love is doing "hoo-hoo, ha-ha" to others and that is not love but hypocrisy. It is not surprising that people act like this, people have been raised with fear instead of love and a simple act of generosity can be seen as a foolish action, simply because their parents used to tell them "don't be stupid, don't share." with others because when you have nothing no one is going to share with you. This way of thinking and acting of the human being only demonstrates the high degree of ignorance that the human mind is capable of containing. The tables could really be turned now: "People don't live with love, not because they are bad. But because they are ignorant." People are not stupid, but smart, but they act as they have been taught, that is, with ignorance. Both educators and parents are ignorant people who teach other ignorant people not to escape from their ignorance. Jesus Christ used to say not to throw pearls to pigs because they would trample them. He also said "forgive them because they do not know what they are doing."

The "system" in which we live educates human beings to be and behave selfishly. Although they tell you that we have to help others, on the other hand they tell you that "if you don't save you won't have anything", "that you are a better person if you have more."

A good way to know if you are acting with love and see the reaction of people and thus determine if they act with love or fear is to introduce the teachings of Jesus Christ into your life and your language (it has nothing to do with religion and it's super fun, I promise). If when you speak with the same words as Jesus Christ the people around you call you crazy, stupid, make fun of you or get angry with you, then you will know that you are acting with love and not only that but you will also realize how those people would treat others. So we have the "two sides of love": If you are good you are stupid and if you act with love you are bad. But what does it matter to you what others think? As we have seen previously, if God, being Love, is the most respected being in the Universe, there will be a reason. The energies of love are the most powerful energies of universal existence, everyone desires and longs for them but fear paralyzes them.

| Don't let them make you leave the Path of Love |
Love commands a lot, a lot of respect but you have to earn it hard. There are energies in the Universe that do not want love to expand and will always try to get you out of the "path of love", but if you endure, persevere and do not allow others to distort your path, in the end you will be one of the most respected people in the world. planet Earth and when others, those who called you stupid, stupid, crazy, bad, need help (which of course they will) will come to you because you have been the only one capable of living according to their principles, someone to trust, someone from whom rivers of love will flow...
Personally, I don't give a damn what others think of me (a symptom of self-love and self-confidence).
