| You too can Heal by Laying on of Hands |
"CHANNELING OF HEALING ENERGIES BY LAYING ON OF HANDS":
Imagine a sphere of white light in the "Star of the Soul", inspire that light through the Hara Line to the "Star of the Core" ("Alignment with the Light"), change in the "Star of the Core" the frequency of the white light to the color or energy that we wish to channel (thinking it, repeating its name or mantra, mentally imagining it in the "Core Star").
Now breathe out the colored light or another determined frequency, moving it up the Hara Line to the Heart chakra and expelling it through the arms to the hand chakras and through these towards the chakra or determined area of the body of the recipient of the therapy.
Repeat the process as many times as necessary.

| It is recommended to align with the light even if you have practice |
Always lower the light from the white "Star of the Soul" and change the vibrational frequency of that light to the next color or other healing energies that you want to channel, and so on.
Over time, just imagining the light, or the symbol that represents the energies you want to channel and repeating its mantra under your hands 3 times will automatically start the whole process.
For the above therapy it is recommended to use the "Chakra Hand Positions" of Master Damián Alvarez's Reiki or better yet the "Spiritual Healing System Hand Positions" (the classic "Hand Positions" of the Spiritual Healing System). Reiki Healing are not recommended), changing color or other energies in each chakra.
The "Balanced", imperatively, will always be done with white light or energies that balance, and the rooting with red light or energies that take root.
