Anxiety and Anguish are NOT Symptoms of Depression

Anxiety is NOT Depression and is Easily Treated with Healing

Although Psychology, Psychiatry, and even School Medicine (which dares, even if it is not trained, to diagnose "depressions" and prescribe anxiolytics), associate the symptoms of anxiety and anguish with depression.

According to these well/badly educated gentlemen on the subject we are dealing with, well, a deep depression would depend on the degree of severity of the anxiety and/or anguish suffered by the patient to be treated, that is, if you have a lot of anguish or a lot of anxiety, then You have a deep depression but if you only have anguish or anxiety sometimes, at certain times, or only slightly, well, then you have a mild depression.

In any case, whether you have a deep or mild "depression", they treat you with anxiolytics and other drugs that induce docility, sleep, not feeling, not really existing, and they treat you with these aggressive medicines, with many effects. serious secondary problems that cause dependency, simply because they do not have others.

"Nerves" in the "Both of the Stomach Are Due to Anxiety
Anxiety is Caused by Blockages in the Solar Plexus

To quickly illustrate School Medicine, Psychology and Psychiatry, I can say, without the risk of being wrong, that just as it has two words, anguish and anxiety are due to different causes, and no medicine existing today cures, heals, those causes, that root:

Anxiety is what is popularly called "nerves in the pit of the stomach", and its cause is blockages in the Solar Plexus of the sufferer. These blockages are usually due to trauma.
Also emphasize that you often hear older people say "I have always had nerves in the pit of my stomach", "I have the pit of my stomach in a fist", "I have always suffered from nerves in my stomach", "to For me, my nerves always attack my stomach, that's just the way I am," "I'm fat because I eat because of anxiety, it's like I'm missing something in my stomach."
People who have lived their entire lives without taking any anxiolytics or other medicines to counteract those "nerves" in the "pit of the stomach."

In the "mouth of the stomach" is the chakra (energy center), called the Solar Plexus, and as we have said, it is the scares and upsets (traumas) that block it, unbalance it, causing, among other symptoms, anxiety ("nerves in the stomach"). the pit of the stomach").
So, the only way to treat this anxiety is to undo the Solar Plexus blockages that cause it. Pure and simple logic. This is where the Healers come in, and not the medicines, please!

Distress is NOT depression and is Easily Treated with Healing

Anguish is not the same as anxiety, although a patient may suffer from both symptoms, not diseases. The anguish is due to blockages between the Heart chakra (another center of the human spiritual anatomy), and the Solar Plexus already mentioned.
Blockages are due to sorrow, especially in love, but also to fear, of not being accepted, loved, of being abandoned, etc., and it can be related to depression, but you can also suffer from anguish without having any depression.

Anguish is what you feel when love does not flow, down towards the Solar Plexus. We talk about self-love, yes, love for yourself. That energy that does not flow stagnates in the chest causing pressure, breathing difficulties, arrhythmias, etc., which is normally called "anxiety panic attacks", and precisely, most of the time it is due to fear, but it is not the fear the cause of anxiety, but the cause of the panic attack is anxiety. Fear of having an attack causes the attack.

No antidepressant has been, can, or will ever be able to undo the blockages that the patient has between his Heart and Solar Plexus chakra, eliminating the anguish and making the previously affected person recover his self-esteem. This is where Healers come in, not medicines, please!
