Protect yourself from the Corona Virus with pure Aromatherapy

Yes, when I was young, if we drank a glass of grapevine (the mothers of wine, similar to Galician marc), they gave us a eucalyptus caramel to deceive the breath of the smell that remained in our mouths of the strong alcoholic drink, which was also used to take in the mornings when it was cold.

In my Aromatherapy classes, when I talk about aromatherapy products I usually mention menthol and eucalyptus candies, since they contain essential oil that is anti viral.

The candies to which I refer are those of rectangular shape wrapped in a white paper in which it says "eucalyptus" in green or black. Yes, those of those that give you half a kilo for a couple of euros.

Since the corona virus generally enters the body through the respiratory tract, mainly affecting (in the first place), the throat, well why not put a eucalyptus candy in our mouth every time we leave the house or feel the slightest itchy throat? Maybe it could save our lives.

We can also carry some of those candies in our pockets and suck on some from time to time, also at home, why not? They have been used for a lifetime and have no adverse effect.

In the north of the Nordic countries (Lapp land), there is a recipe from yesteryear that has always been used to treat bronchial, lung, throat diseases, etc.

The recipe is as follows:

3 or 4 eucalyptus candies
1 cup of hot milk

Dissolve the caramels in the hot milk and take small sips.

I have tried the recipe, although I do not remember the result. The truth is that it cleared me up, but I don't even know why I took it, most likely just to test. In fact, on the package (the ones they sell in the north of Sweden), you see an old-fashioned doctor treating a bedridden patient.

Keep in mind that Lapps are strong mountain, forest and snow people (they can handle anything), so start with a smaller dose, for example one or two candies in just a large cup of hot milk and try onward. .
