| SEI HE KI: Mental and Emotional Healing |
Sei-hei-ki is the second energy of the second level of the Reiki Healing System. It means "I am a Conscious Creator of my Life, of my Well-being", or it can also mean "with my Creative Energies I Manifest my Thoughts", according to Damian Alvarez.
It is one more Energy of Love, of Healing, a gift from God to be able to Heal our emotional world and our mental world. If in life we have had frustrations, anger, rage, resentment unbalancing our emotions, we can heal and balance them with the Sei-hei-ki energy. As if in our lives there have been traumas, scares, upsets, negative thoughts about ourselves and others, we can use the Shei-hei-ki to heal our mental world.
We understand all traumas with our mind, leading us to unbalance our lives and even become ill if we do not heal them. At the same time this Energy calms our mind giving calm and peace as well as our emotions.
Today psychic tension is the order of the day. People are in a hurry for everything, they get overwhelmed, they despair and precisely in order not to feel these energies of overwhelm and despair, they get stressed, a very common symptom in "modern" societies. The use of Sei-Hei-Ki in the Solar Plexus Chakra and in the Sacral Chakra will make our emotions and our mind heal, calm down and the Chakras balance.
As these Energies are associated with the Solar Plexus, when it becomes unbalanced we will feel common symptoms such as anxiety, fear, insecurity, shyness, shame. If we use the Shei-hei-ki in the Solar Plexus, these symptoms, consequence of the energy imbalance of this Chakra, will be healed.
In the same way, if the Sacral Chakra becomes unbalanced, the symptoms of irritability, bad mood, impotence, frigidity, anger, lack of energy ... among others, will be healed if we use the Shei-ei-ki in the Sacral Chakra.
Therefore the Sei-Hei-Ki Energies are used in a specific way to treat all the symptoms derived from blockages of imbalances in the Sacral and Solar Plexus.
