| Few Good Teachers Explain Simply |
Look, life is easy. What happens is that what is "out there" is a jungle where anyone gets lost, both in therapies, healing systems, "various paths", life philosophies, etc., etc., etc. The thing is not that complicated. I used to say that God's things are easy, even children understand them. The so-called teachers that complicate everything is because they really are lost and know very little, that is, they know how the "matter" begins but they do not know how to finish it and that is why they "roll" it. Yes, I have noticed even in myself, that is why I only write about the subjects that I master perfectly. The tendency when things are not clear is to "roll up."
Life is easy. If you notice, in your life there are only spiritual "sensations", thoughts, feelings, emotions and actions. The foregoing limits the field where we must work. In other words, it is all about the treatment of the Major Chakra System.

| In the Spiritual Jungle the Great Majority Get Lost |
All the illnesses or own imbalances are due only to sentimental losses, traumas and frustrations. The field of work remains even more limited. But there is no sentimental loss or frustration that is not totally related to a trauma, that is, to blockages in the Solar Plexus. For a frustration or sentimental loss to hurt you, you have to understand it, and you understand it mentally, you understand it with the Solar Plexus, hence the traumas.
The root of all disease is then found in the Solar Plexus. It is in this chakra that I call "the sun of your life" (and you can imagine why) where you should work. Undoing the blockages in the Solar Plexus will also drag the blockages in the Heart chakra (sentimental losses), and blockages in the Sacral chakra (frustrations). By healing the physical chakras, the spiritual chakras (Throat, Third Eye and Crown) will also be healed by direct relationship.

| Your Life can be as Simple and Wonderful as You Propose |
By healing your chakras, your life is healed, all your problems are solved, everything will work perfectly because your life flows through you, through your Major Chakra System. In other words: You create your life with your Major Chakra System, at the speed of feelings, thoughts, emotions and actions.
If your chakras are blocked or unbalanced and weak, then your life will suck. but if your chakras are healthy and strong, your life will be simply wonderful.
