Laughter and Crying. Natural Healing Therapies |
At present it is almost not allowed to cry or to laugh with laughter. People look at you with a serious face, as if you were a strange animal when you laugh in public and your companions can even say "but calm down. Maybe they could call the police and report you out of scandal, "in public you have to behave." In the same way it happens when you cry.
But why is not allowed to
cry, why is not allowed to laugh? Why do people think that you are crazy, drunk
or drugged if you express your feelings when it would have to be the most
natural in the world? The answer is the fear, instilled from the outside
(system, unofficial education, taboos, prejudices, erroneous teachings) in the
human soul.
The children cry with
strength, so tears, snot and drooling when they are traumatized, when they get
scared, when they get upset. That's how you have to cry.
Young children have an unconscious
function programmed into their soul to clean their Solar Plexus from energy
blocks and overcome traumas.
The child who walks in bed,
kicking, crying, crying until his crying turns first into sobs and then in
sighs has healed his Solar Plexus, healed the trauma.
In the same way, the laughter with
laughter unlocks, heals and energizes the Solar Plexus.
To laugh so that you pee is one of
the best therapies. "There is that pee, there is that pee!" It is a
symptom of relaxation, of being yourself, of abandonment to life, of fullness,
of happiness.
The sighs after the laughter,
as well as after the cry show the highest absorption of air in our body A
greater and better flow of energy for our soul.
Adults, because of taboos and
prejudice have greatly lost the natural ability to cry and laugh, have lost the
natural ability of their body and soul to heal itself.
Both weeping and laughter are
natural massages of the Solar Plexus and the sob and sigh are proof that this
"natural massage" has worked well, so if the recipient of a Reiki
Therapy cries or laughs, then allow it , is releasing energies, is healing, but
you as Therapist cannot put yourself in the same place as the patient, but it
is your energy stability, balance and firmness that makes the patient can
release those energies that torment . If the Therapist cried or laughed with
the patient it would mean that the energies of the Therapy recipient affected
the Therapist and unbalanced it. They would need (if it were so) a second
Therapist to heal them both, both the receiver and the supposed healer of the
first Therapy.
The above explanation is not
elaborate. Usually, therapists who interfere too much with feelings, emotions, problems,
etc. of his patients end up literally "burned".
I have often been brushed
against being cold, hard, distant, but I have to keep out of the energies of my
patients, otherwise I would end up as or worse than them, even if they heal.
