Imagine a ball of light on the Crown Chakra and repeat the corresponding phrase of "Our Father", Low Light up the Third Eye by hara line and do the same, keep it up until you have prayed "Our Father" full THROUGH all the Chakra System. Start from the beginning and repeat.
