Each Inspiration down Light from the Soul Star THROUGH Hara Line to the Core Star and each Expiration up the light from the star core to the Heart Chakra and direct it by the arms to the hands where breathe out / expulsas / you channel / heading / "blow". So on each inspiration and expiration.
Directs light to those who need it and I will ask or direct it to yourself by laying on of hands (hands down: give).
