People with a large Ego are those who have always sacrificed themselves for the rest of humanity. Those people, who, living without fear, dare to say that “the earth is round” without caring about the reprisals that such a position could cause, are people with a big and strong Ego.

The Ego, sure of itself, is what creates the geniuses, the teachers and spiritual guides of the human race. Egos that have dared to emerge from the “collective Ego”, from the artificial and weak Ego of the “great popular mass”.

There is the occasional Grand Master (like myself) who is able to see the difference between a strong Ego and a weak Ego based on his own life experience, and choose to live according to the former.

Meditation to Strengthen the Solar Plexus

 

The Energies of the Sun and the Earth will merge in your Solar Plexus

Go out into nature and look for a big tree, a tree that catches your attention. It should be a cedar, an oak, a beech, a large, century-old fir or pine.

Stand near the tree with your back to it.
Place your left hand on the trunk of the tree at the height of the dorsal part of your Solar Plexus.
Rest your back on your left hand and on the tree.
Place your right hand over your Solar Plexus.

In this position, ask God that the energies of the tree fill your Solar Plexus with that energy, giving you vigor and strength, undoing all the negative energies accumulated in it and all the energy blockages that could be unbalancing it.

Close your eyes and feel how the energy of the tree enters through your left hand, runs through your body and comes out through your right hand, charging your Solar Plexus with bright yellow energy like the sun.

Stay in this position for at least 11 minutes but ideally 20 minutes.

Trees are reservoirs of natural energy from the Sun and the Earth.

The energies of the tree will enter your body and soul through your left hand and will charge your Solar Plexus with vigorous energies, energies of the Sun and the Earth through your right hand.

Give thanks to God and the tree and all of Nature at the end of the meditation.

Close off the energies and ground yourself if you feel dizzy.
