| Do not expect anything from anyone and you will never be disappointed |
A balanced Sacral chakra is one whose energies are kept in balance thanks to its active sexual and creative energies, in a healthy and harmonious way. In other words, it could be said that the people who keep their chakra balanced are those who feel both sexually and creatively satisfied, that is, completely fulfilled.
Emphasize that a fulfilled person is a happy person, proud of having created her life the way she wanted and of maintaining it under those circumstances.
So why is the Sacral chakra unbalanced, and why does anger unbalance the Sacral chakra? The answer is obvious: The Sacral chakra becomes unbalanced because it gets frustrated and frustration always leads to anger, which in turn unbalances this energy center even more.

But why is the human being frustrated? the answer is also obvious: The man gets frustrated when he doesn't get what he wants. He also often confuses his desire with the expectations that he has of other people, especially in his closest environment.
Desires that are only satisfied through other people tend to lead us sooner or later, first to impatience and despair, to later turn into frustration and disappointment. It is these frustrations and disappointments that unbalance the Sacral chakra "turning it aggressive". Creative energies need to manifest and if they can't in a creative way, they will do so in a destructive way.
A frustrated person, whether sexually or creatively, is a potentially aggressive person.
Thus, we come to the conclusion that it is the disappointments and frustrations created by desires and expectations that we have about other people or perhaps ourselves, which do not come to fruition, that irritate us and make us angry.

| Disinterested Love does not Frustrate, but Realizes and makes Happy |
It should be clear that we not only get angry with others, but also often with ourselves.
But there is a "treatment" to never get frustrated and never be disappointed with the corresponding anger that it would bring, and it is: "You never expect anything from anyone, not even from yourself (if you don't have an iron will), or expect anything."
Really, the total or complete solution to not get frustrated and never get angry, is to "always act with love". Love, if it is true love, is disinterested, that is, nothing is expected from anyone. People who "love", expecting reciprocal love, are not loving, but are "opening the door" through which frustration and anger will enter.
Love yourself, love others, and love God, and you will keep your Sacral chakra fully balanced. Don't do anything for yourself or for others. Do everything for God and for God.
The only one you can always expect "something" is from God, from Him you will never be disappointed...
