Recipe for bad mood and irritability

I believe that many humans urgently need a bath, or "a sea" to relax and keep calm.

After filling the bathtub, introduce the drops of essential oils

The following aromatherapeutic recipe in a hot water bath for at least 20 minutes will be a success:
                                                   
                                                RECIPE:
                                               3 drops of Sandalwood essential oil
                                               3 drops of Lavender essential oil
                                               3 drops of rose essential oil
