The Ceteric Body is structured and is believed to be a Plane, (like the Etheric Body of the Physical Body) but of the other Energetic Bodies. Cobalt Blue. With a System of Chakras of the same Color. Associated with the Throat Chakra.
With the Ceteric Body we plan and direct our life to develop ourselves. The Real Function of this Body is to give Glory to God, directing our Life towards Love and Spiritual Development.
At this Level, the Word, the Sound, the Planning, begins to become Matter/manifest on its way down through the other Energetic Bodies.
"Here" is where the Spiritual Wars between Angels and Negative Spiritual Beings are currently happening. Lightworkers also fight Negative Spiritual Beings on the Cetheric Plane Level.
The Lords of Time in charge of the Spiritual Development of Humanity also "inhabit" this Dimension.
