| The Energy of Love is very Effective in Healing the Sacral Chakra |
Place your hands (face down), on your lower belly (sacral chakra), four horizontal fingers below your navel.
The thumbs, index and middle fingers of the two hands will be joined together forming a heart on your pubis.
Visualize in pink the healing symbol that represents the energies "Love" under the heart that you formed between your hands.

Recite the mantra "Love" in groups of three: Love, Love, Love, paying attention, directing the channeled energy towards your lower abdomen. Surround your entire reproductive and urinary tract with the soft energies like pink clouds that your hands and the heart formed between them give off.
Twenty minutes per session is usually sufficient.
Cross your arms at the end of therapy to shut yourself off from the healing energies.
Repeat as many times as you want, although it is usually very effective from the first session.
