| Channeling Reiki Energies through Breathing |
The "esoteric breath" (channeling the healing energies with the breath), misnamed reiki is not exclusive to reiki. This method of channeling healing energies has been used throughout the history of healing, and long before the modern Western Reiki Healing System was recorded.
There are healers who only channel the healing energies through "esoteric breathing (blowing). Formerly the Healer was seen inspiring and exhaling (blowing), towards the patient but it was not known what he was doing, hence the" esoteric "( esoteric breathing) In other words, you can perform a full body therapy just by channeling the healing energies through "esoteric breathing" (blowing), with no need for laying on of hands.
Tell yourself that there are also healers who absorb with inspiration the negative energies and blockages of the patient's aura, chakras and physical body. They say they "suck the evil" and then spit it out. Something that I DO NOT recommend since if you are not used to doing it and you do not breathe out the negative energies quickly, they can stay in your own energy body.

| Reiki initiations. A Channeling of Healing Energies |
All healing energies can be channeled through "esoteric breathing", whether they are mantras, colors, reiki energies, karuna, ki, etc. Just by changing the frequency of the light energies in your tan-ten to the energies that you want to channel, and instead of channeling them through the chakras of the hands, then, exhale them, blow them, while you think about those energies (color , sound of the mantra, mantra of some reiki energy, etc.)
Note that the healing energies associated with each chakra have a similar vibrational frequency, closest to the frequency of the determined chakra energies when balanced. For example, the color red, the mantra lam and the cho-ku-rei energies of reiki have a similar frequency, so if you are an experienced healer, when you try to channel the color "esoteric breathing" with the red color. Well, you also channel mantra lam and cho-ku-rei almost automatically.

| All Healing Energy Can Be Channeled Consciously |
The "final blessing" of reiki is a good example to demonstrate that different healing energies can also be channeled at the same time, through "esoteric breathing.
Actually, the healing energies could always be channeled with the "esoteric breathing" but in all the rituals there are, we will call, certain protocols of way of acting, time, etc. It is these "protocols" that give shape and body to the ritual.
In reiki rituals, energies are usually channeled in the two best known ways: first with the hands and second with esoteric breathing. Both in the "boosters" and in the "healing initiations" the energies are always channeled in the two ways mentioned above. It has no loss, no turn of the page. In each chakra you will channel the energies in two ways: with your hands and with esoteric breathing.

| Not only Air Breathes but also Prana, Ki, Energy |
In reiki initiation rituals well done, to pass the so-called "reiki powers", (I say "well done" because they exist of all kinds), the energies are usually directed in certain chakras (it is not customary to initiate all the chakras) , with hands and esoteric breathing. In other chakras only energies are directed only with the hands. In the junctions of the chakras of the hands with the major chakras, "esoteric breathing" is not usually used as a means of transmission of healing energies.
I realized this, so I developed the initiations to pass the powers of reiki, and how at each level 4 initiations are made, because on the last floor I do esoteric breathing in all the chakras, and in all the unions of the chakras from the hands with the other chakras, as an "extra", "special" alternative, a gift from the master to the new healer.
If in a ritual, whatever it is, you want to channel the energies in both ways, in each and every one of the steps included in the ritual, then there is no problem, and of course, it is not badly done.
