1. Hands Up
2. Draw / Display the symbol representing the energy whose Mantra is the CHO-KU-REI on top in front of you and repeat the Mantra mentally for 5 minutes
3. Do the same for the same time and with the energies whose Mantra is the SEI-HEI-KI
4. Repeat the previous step and at the same time but with the energy whose Mantra is the HON-SHA-SHE-SHO-NEN
He has risen from the Ethereal Plane to the Astral Plane THROUGH healing energies of Reiki Healing System. Energy now down stairs went the same way but limiting the time to 1 minute on each Energy.
