| Fear sickens the Heart Chakra and physical Heart causing Pain |
Yes, although those who say they know say they don't. Yes, the heart hurts. We have all heard the expression "I have a splinter or stake in my heart" or that other "you broke my heart". In fact, the Virgin of Sorrows is symbolized with a dagger stuck in her heart as a sign of the suffering caused by the death of her son.
But the heart does not only hurt from sorrow or other sentimental loss, but also from the absence of love, that is, from fear. The energy that does not circulate down the Hara Line from the Heart chakra to the Solar Plexus due to fear (energy blockage) literally bounces back and accumulates on top of the physical heart. The energy stored on the heart will first cause pressure, then pain, and finally lead to serious, life-threatening cardiovascular disease.
There are many types of fear. Most people suffer not out of love but out of fear. There are almost infinite and very varied forms of fear: Fear of loneliness, fear of not getting ahead on one's own, fear of not living up to the circumstances, fear of what people will think, fear of growing old, fear of not being loved, fear of getting sick, etc., etc.

The aforementioned fears and all other fears are due to insecurity (blockages in the Solar Plexus chakra) but when that insecurity is due to fear, the energy damages the Heart chakra more than the Solar Plexus (all redundancies are worth it).
Some people remove some of the fear energy built up on the Heart chakra through the Throat chakra with coughing blows, but a deeper and more lasting therapy would be to undo the blockages in the heart, in the Heart chakra, in the path between the chakra Heart and the Solar Plexus, and of course in the Solar Plexus, so the energy will flow without any obstacle through the Hara Line.
But that is not all. The heart can hurt in contact with people who have heart disease. This is due to the Laws of Interaction and Energetic Resonance. Also, if we are afraid to feel that pain, then we will worsen the situation by doing more damage to ourselves. There is no other pain that causes so much fear to the human being as the pain in the heart. Staying cool in such a situation is vitally important (pun intended).

The physical heart can also hurt because of witchcraft. A classic witchcraft is "the stab in the back", of course in the side and at the height of the heart.
