If you don't live "being yourself" you will be a puppet of those who have deceived you. If you live in fear you will never heal, you have to live with love, because illness is fear and love is healing. If you allow yourself to be stopped, you will never reach your goals, you will never feel fulfilled. You will never be happy.
So: Be yourself, act with love and let nothing and no one stop you.
