| Allow the Will of God to Manifest in your Life |
The Healing Meditation that follows is very beautiful and the intention is that the energy of the "Soul Star" reaches the "Earth Star" through your "Hara Line" and without any interference on your part. If we were to achieve that the Light of the "Star of the Soul" would reach the "Star of the Earth" without any change in frequency, that is, Pure Light (very difficult), then the Will of God would manifest on the Earth through through our life, or God's Will and ours would be the same.
In any case, while we try to make God manifest through us (even if we don't succeed) our life is healing.

This Healing Meditation is similar to the "Alignment with the Light", the only difference is that both the inspiration and the exhalation must be longer, since the path of the Light, guided by our breathing, through the "Hara Line " is also longer. You imagine the Light in the "Star of the Soul", you breathe it in, lowering it along the "Hara Line" to the "Earth Star", you hold it for a moment in the "Earth Star" and you raise it up the "Hara Line". "back to the "Soul Star" with the exhalation, you hold it there for a moment and start again, and so on.
There is an alternative to this meditation which would be: Inspiration from "Soul Star" to "Core Star" and exhalation from the "Core Star" to the "Earth Star", then take the Light again from the " Star of the Soul" and start again and so on.
