Meditate with Music. A Pleasure for Body and Soul


No, don't think that to meditate with music you need relaxing music, the sound of Tibetan bowls, Gregorian chants or monks chanting mantras. The best music for meditating will always be the music that you like the most, that most attracts you at the moment, since this music will be the one that your soul needs the most, although it is not recommended to meditate with heavy rock music.

Choose the piece of music, play it, and if you want a longer meditation press the repeat key on your music device.

The music should be moderately loud so that you feel the vibratory wave of the sound with your body and soul.

Align yourself with the Light to relax and prepare yourself to feel the vibrations of the music.

Do not listen to the music, no matter how beautiful it is, actively with your ears, but try to feel it with your whole body, with your whole soul.
