Protect your House with Quartz Crystals

Quartz crystals can fill your home with light, peace and harmony

The Art of Healing It

is five in the afternoon. The aroma of sandalwood mixes with the aroma of the hundreds of books that rest in the library. Tall, serene and with English punctuality, Dr. Damián Álvarez welcomes me with the sound of relaxing music inviting me to disconnect from the stressed world in which we live to make way for another real and necessary dimension.

1. What is Vibrational Medicine?

-Based on the fact that we are not a physical body but a conglomeration of superimposed bodies that constitute our soul, these energetic bodies are treated before the disease manifests itself physically or the root of the physical disease is treated, which is always found in the soul. that is, in those energetic bodies. The energetic bodies are treated with the energy of quartz crystals, essential oils, healing systems such as reiki and Karuna, etc. Those healing energies are vibrational frequencies like sound waves or colors. That is Vibrational Medicine trying to balance our vibrations with healing energy vibrations.

2. Why is your system (The Tinerfe Natural Healing and Therapeutic System) the most complete?

-The Tinerfe Healing System is not only mine, but all my students, many Great Masters right now.
Because I have been able to introduce about 150 energies from about 10 different healing and therapeutic systems. Each one in its specific "place" to be able to cleanse, balance and heal specific parts of the body, mind and soul.

3. What does heal mean?

-To heal means to make a whole person. Holistic medicine does not treat the symptom or specific part of the body but treats the root of the symptom to the whole person, body mind and soul. Contrary to allopathic medicine, Vibrational Medicine says that we are healthy when we are happy. To heal does not mean to remove a symptom or a disease but to make a person complete.

4. When is a person happy?

-A happy person is one who has inner peace, well-being, the latter being understood when he feels comfortable with himself, here and now, because he knows where he comes from, where he is, where he is going and feels fulfilled with it.

3. Could you tell me some steps for Happiness?

-My personal key to happiness has three points:
-First: Be yourself free from prejudices, ideas, taboos, fears, shame and preconceived ideas.
-Second: Act with love to never make a mistake, not worry about what you have done is right or wrong.
-Third: Let nothing stop you acting of course, with love. Fear is what keeps us forever.

4. Why is Healing an Art?

-Because like any art it requires perseverance, patience, sacrifice and a lot of energy. Art is a dynamic development with which, making use of our experience, we try to do better every day. Anyone who orders what is messy, makes what is ugly beautiful, is an artist. Walking through the soul of a human being cleaning it, balancing it and healing it is an art and talent and vocation are needed.

6. What is the difference between Heal and Cure?

-As we said before, to heal is to make a person complete or happy. To cure means to remove a symptom or illness regardless of whether you are happy or not.

7. Why do we get sick?

-We get sick because we stop being ourselves, beings created in the image and likeness of God, the first point of my key to happiness. We try to be something we are not. We believe that we are our money, our physical body, studies, work, etc. When we lose what we think we are, we become sad, traumatized and frustrated by fear and then we get sick. It is as if a fish wanted to live out of the water, sooner or later it would die. That is what the human being tries to do and that is why he gets sick and dies.

8. Why does modern Medicine treat the physical body and not the Energetic? I agree when once at a conference you said: “if medicine had listened to Einstein instead of Newton… we would be light years ahead of where we are now”.

-Newton said "that the human being was a complicated machine like the mechanism of a clock". Modern medicine is Newtonian, it treats the human being as a machine with tubes, motor cables and therefore this machine treats the physical body forgetting the energy that maintains everything, the primary root of physical symptoms, emotions, mind, feelings, the spirituality in short of everything that makes up our soul. We are energetic bodies in interaction with each other. Physical illness is just one manifestation of how the energy bodies are. These energy bodies escape modern medicine, which is why it is difficult for it to control and treat it. In plain words, that science cannot measure, weigh, or see the soul under a microscope, that is why it “gets out of hand”.

9. If Metaphysics is above Physics, how is it that it has not been given the importance it deserves?

-Because energy cannot be sold in a bottle at the pharmacy and because our soul does not fit in a test tube in a laboratory.

10. Where is the Love, Damien?

-Love is our essence and the essence of the Universe, which sustains Everything. It is the reflection of the Universe in a pool of water. We remove the puddle of water, the entire Universe reflected in it disappears. This is Love. That is God.

11. How can we be healed?

-Being ourselves, acting with love and let nothing stop us in order to obtain peace of mind, inner peace and well-being.

12. The concept of healing is much broader than people imagine. Is it true that if we heal ourselves we can also heal the planet?

-Being energetic bodies in interaction with each other and energy being contagious, in the same way that stress or nervousness is spread, we could be infected with peace, love, health and happiness. On the other hand, most people do not see the significance of their actions. Example: if we cut 10 trees here it can cause a big drought in Africa. If we heal ourselves, Tenerife heals because we are Tenerife, Europe heals because we are Europe, the world heals because we are the world and the Universe heals because we are the Universe.

13. Why are these natural therapies always labeled Alternatives when Nature has been millions of years before current medicine?

-There is no doubt that current medicine is effective in surgery, in terms of treating emergency cases, accidents, etc. Also penicillin in case of acute infections. In the so-called chronic diseases or badly called terminal diseases, Vibrational Medicine free of contraindications and negative side effects is more effective. If Humanity were treated preventively with Vibrational Medicine, not only would it never get sick physically, but it would also develop personally and spiritually. Each one should be responsible for their own health, but sadly we leave the responsibility for our health in the hands of others, which is ours alone, and that is where psychologists, psychiatrists and doctors come in. Vibrational Medicine requires that the patient put something on their part in healing and take responsibility for their health. The Vibrational Physician is not just a doctor but a teacher who teaches the patient to treat himself.

14. How could we learn to heal our lives?

-The only person responsible for your health is yourself. In fact, when you go to the doctor, it is based 75% on what the patient tells you. We are the best we know and if we are aware of this we can change what is bad for us. It is always good to have a teacher until one becomes a teacher because at the end of the day we are all teachers and healers, artists in the art of healing.

15. We live in a world of energies and that science knows it. Why hasn't more emphasis been placed on this field? .Perhaps it is because the energies are not seen but they affect us. How do they affect us, doctor?

-Regarding the first question, a healthy patient is one less client and is of no interest. In the second, as we are energetic bodies in interaction with each other, our energies affect those of others and that of others affects us from fear, anger, envy, jealousy, rage, negative thoughts... Just like peace, patience and love are contagious energetically.

We hope that Tenerife becomes a center of wisdom and well-being, that it is not only a tourist destination, with a good climate, but that they know that here, on our islands, there are good therapists worldwide who give a New and Fresh Air to our islands. Without a doubt, Healing is an Art that should be introduced in hospitals, clinics, residences and even practiced by oneself to obtain a healthier, happier and more balanced life.

Evolution and Progress of Humanity (...and God will rise and lie down with you...and God will laugh with you)

Fall in love with God, with Life, with Yourself and Live

According to the dictionary the word "development" means action of growth or progress of a society, person or thing. The word "progress" means action of moving forward, passing a person, a matter or a thing to a better, more advanced, more advanced state. Experience an improvement or advance.
I've quoted the above definitions as the best I could find in the dictionary, but really, believe it or not, "develop" doesn't mean moving for the better or evolving, it doesn't mean a change for the better, it could be for the worse. One of the best definitions of evolution are the philosophical ones that emphasize that progress is an indefinite advancement of moral standards and mental capacities.

Indeed, we can develop forwards and backwards. Most people believe that evolution and development means positive progress, but it is not. Everything that changes, evolves. Everything that changes, develops. Only the word progress means to develop towards the better.

We are dynamic spiritual beings, in constant development. Our Soul is dynamic. The Soul that does not move, dies. Those who do not develop forwards get used to developing backwards, even if they think they are standing still, that they are not moving. In the non-dynamic person there is a retrospective evolution, an involution.
The human being can always develop towards good or towards evil. Not deciding, being still, standing still means a development towards evil, since non-dynamics is a negative development for our being. The Universe is in constant motion. When you think you are standing still you are moving backwards.

What really interests us is positive development, positive evolution, progress, both of the human being as an individual and of society in general.

Individual Spiritual Development is a Progress for Humanity

Spiritual development, although there is no definition in the dictionary, must refer to the progress of our Soul towards God. The progress of our person in an attempt to be better every day. The progress of the planet should be a development, an evolution towards a better world. Much to my regret it is not so.

The normal human being is tricked by negative spiritual beings into living a conformist life. The human being is satisfied with "his house, his bread, his wife and the party in peace" as the song says. In truth, the conformism of the vast majority of human beings is barbaric, hence the definition of man: "Man is born, grows, reproduces and dies" and the "popular" definition: "for four days we are going to be here, the best thing is to eat, drink and have a "quiqui"
Where have we left our dynamic Soul in constant development? For me, a human being is "a being created in the image and likeness of God in constant development. He is born, grows, develops and should never die."

Society is made up of individuals, if individuals develop towards the good, society also develops towards the better. But where are we? Does the individual and society develop towards the good?

The conformism of the human being, because they are used to others "set the guidelines for what it is to be happy", leaves them paralyzed after having achieved what others offer them, even if they are not happy.

Every day the young are older

If you have a permanent job, home, family, children and you eat certain brand breakfasts, you must already be happy, therefore stop developing. Stand up, have your four drinks after work, lie on the couch and watch TV. Tomorrow will be another day, another day just like the previous one. All for what? for four days of the same.
In truth, for these people, life is "four days" and all the same. Laziness, routine, monotony make them old and fat, and they lose their enthusiasm for life. People very easy to manipulate by propaganda of some companies that offer you happiness without them lifting a finger.
Television also has its important function to stop the dynamic spiritual human being. Look at what others do instead of living life. Watch how others walk through the mountains, make love, go on excursions, save the planet, study, develop, while you are sitting in your chair watching television, that is, "throwing" your life in the trash. You don't study, you don't grow up, you don't go out to the countryside, you don't make love, you don't live. Aren't you going to grow old and die at last, the way you treat your life?
One day you will get to see other people on television watching television. That day you will not be alive, but mummified, dead in life.

Within us there is a child that must constantly develop towards good. The inner child wants to get as close to its Heavenly Father as possible. The inner child never ages, nor is it conformist. This child wants to learn, study, write. He wants to help the planet and all of Humanity to progress, so that every day the planet is a better world for everyone.
The inner child, like our physical child from our childhood, has the Kundalini energy in its power. The Kundalini is an infinite potential of creative energy, which used with love works miracles. Kundalini energy is the energy of Passion, the energy of Infatuation.

The Spiritual Development of the Planet depends on All of us

Fall in love with yourself, with life, with God. Study, read, write, contribute your knowledge to Humanity, develop yourself towards good.
You will rejuvenate, you will live better, you will live.

Negative spiritual beings know your infinite potential as a child of God and want you to waste your life, never realizing that you are humanity and if you develop yourself towards good, all humanity will too.

...and if life is really "four days" why "throw" three of them in the trash?.
When you begin to value yourself as you should and value the life that God gave you, (a gift full of infinite possibilities), when you fall in love with life and live it with passion, then you will really be living...
...and maybe those " four days"

...and God will rise and lie down with you...and God will laugh with you
You will see unbelievers grow old and die while they live, and you will live and you will not age or die.

Your life and your Soul will develop towards the good and with you all Humanity.

Beyond God there is nothing

Beyond God there is no Truth because God is All Truth

Some people often ask me that, being the Universe so wide, how can I believe myself to know the Truth?

The answer is as simple as everything that comes from the Creator: Beyond God there is nothing.

Most of those who believe that the Universe is so vast that it could not be understood in a lifetime are not trying to find the Truth but rather the explanation for everything that exists in the Universe.

It is clear that it is impossible to know everything that exists in the Universe, but the Truth goes beyond the Universe, and at the same time it is very close to us, much closer than is believed.

Love is the only Truth that transcends the Universe, and Love is God

Looking for an explanation for everything is absurd. Trying to learn everything to prove to yourself that the more you learn the closer you are to the truth is also absurd.

They have tried to convince me and have even threatened me with the fact that there are many energies in the Universe that even I do not know about. In truth, surely there are many energies in the Universe that I do not know, but I am not interested in knowing all those energies. Throwing away my life after discovering all those energies that don't concern me would also be absurd. Nor would he know them all if he lived a thousand years.

People who insist on convincing me of the immensity of the Universe and the immense amount of energy it contains, usually spend their whole lives looking for explanations and answers to questions that when answered only lead to new questions and so on.

You only need to know God and all the truth will be revealed to you

People who preach that the whole Truth cannot be known because it would be physically impossible in one lifetime, are often lost, searching and searching, finding nothing. Digging holes where there were none to explain that holes exist. Complete waste of time.

Those who threaten that "the universe is big... perhaps there are energies that you haven't encountered yet...", are either people who don't even know where they are stepping or are people who "know those energies with which I haven't stumbled", (I suppose they will be negative energies to be able to threaten them). In any case, it really is about poor lost devils.

"There is nothing new between Heaven and Earth", it is written, everything has existed forever.

The one who knows the most is not closer to the Truth, but the one who is closer to the Truth, that is, to God.

The Truth of the Universe is Experienced Through the Eyes of God

Do not look for the explanation to everything, because you will waste time, energy and money, and you will not find anything. Seek God, and when you find God you will have found all Truth, because beyond God there is nothing.

It is of great pleasure to me (although I never needed any confirmation) that many Great Master Healers of the world have reached the same terminal conclusion as me:

He who has the joy of knowing God, knows Everything, because beyond God there is no any.

If I continue learning, it is not to understand the Truth, to understand God (because it is not a question of understanding but of experiencing, of being, of being, of flowing, of existing, and that is the complete understanding) but to explain to others what easy it is to know him.

Your Life Begins Today, Here and Now

Your Goals Will Encourage You to Walk Through Life

You will make the List of Goals in the short and long term. I know that you set daily goals, and that's good because that way you also practice your potential, if you don't let them stop you and always act with love, and it's good to plan the day to day, but the "List of Goals" is another stuff.

Set 10 goals to achieve in the short term. "Things" that you want to achieve and that you think will make you happy or that you think you need. They will be goals to achieve in days, weeks or months. For example: A new phone, hanging the painting that has been behind that chair for so long, renewing my contact with my parents, tidying the closet, starting some simple project, starting to meditate, starting to walk every day, finishing that book that I have half, etc., etc.

Long-Term Goals (also 10), will be those that require more time and work on your part. "Things" that will take months or even years to get, either because they are expensive and you need to work and save a lot, or because they are studies that require a certain time, or whatever else. For example, long-term goals could be: Create a family, become happy, become a Healing Master, have my own practice, develop spiritually, or simply a new car, a house of my own, a farm or whatever.

Your Future is in your Hands. Make it Reality with Patience and Work

To help you, if you don't know what goals to wear, then remember when you were a child. Children know what they want and have no fears, prejudices, taboos. Remember that it was what you wanted to be when you grew up when you were a child. It doesn't matter if you wanted to be an astronaut or a prime minister. Put it in your goals, and of course always move towards them.

One day, for sure, you will tell me: "Damián I don't know what to do, I feel lost" and I will tell you "look at your "List of Goals"".

When time passes (it can be months or years) you can always go to your "List of Goals" and see if you have really followed the "right path", the path that you wanted in life, or that on the contrary, you are in wrong direction. You can always redirect your path, redirect your life.

Set goals, move towards them with love. Don't let
them stop you. You will prove that God exists

Tips:

Cross off your "List of Goals" what you are achieving and set new goals.

Make a practical "Goals List". Forget illusions and   impossible fantasies .

You are great, your potential is infinite, you can achieve everything you set out to do, you just have to act with love and not allow anything or anyone to stop you, not even yourself.

The correct answer to the question what gifts has God given you? it is "power over all the energies of the universe."
