Too much on the mind has never been good |
Everything that concerns Meditation has seemed to Westerners a distant term, only within the reach of Eastern cultures.
Most people find it difficult to Meditate for several reasons:
-Because they don't know how,
-Because they see it as a waste of time to "do nothing,"
-Because it has not been introduced into our culture as a necessity and a necessary habit
-Because they believe that it is difficult and this is due to the psychological stress of the person,
-Because when they meditate, things happen in the soul that people do not know what it is, why it happens and what to do ...
Actually we could expand on hundreds of cases but it is a pity that in our culture Meditation has not been given the importance it deserves.
Today and more than ever, the Human Being is stressed, nervous, upset, worried, anguished, accelerated, frustrated, traumatized, anxious, (although we have already spoken in our blogs why and what is due) we add the Energetic Resonance law that it affects everyone equally whether we are aware or not, also mentioned in our blogs.
When a person decides to Meditate and observes that their mind DOES NOT STOP, it is due to that person's psychic stress. This when he sees that he cannot, he leaves it when it is a mistake. The person when sitting and being still for a long time, is truly when he begins to feel HOW HIS INSIDE IS, in reality he begins to feel how his Energetic Body is, which of course he does not know. They begin to feel and they may feel that they are dizzy, that they accelerate, that they cannot stay still, that they leave, that they leave, that they feel anxiety, anguish, etc, etc, but the fact is that this is really how you are people live and are well that they themselves can make a diagnosis.
The most important thing you should know is that if you feel that you should not leave it but continue with the Meditation, even if the soul feels all these shocks, suffer them, experience them, until they pass. It can be days, months and years for many.
Meditation is fundamental and essential to know how we are. When you get to the point that you meditate and your mind is calm, you do not feel stress, you want to run away from yourself, peace, and you do not feel any symptoms of the aforementioned, then and only then have you achieved important achievements, you are on the right track of meditating.

I am sure that if people meditated and made it a habit and custom in their life, everything would be different, at least they would begin to discover the immense and wonderful World of Peace.
