Higher Consciousness does not develop in Temples,
with Meditations but in daily Life, Living

- We live using our higher consciousness when we collect, not only our garbage but also that which has been thrown by others, when we go to the fields or to the beach.
- We live using our higher consciousness when we plant a tree for the enjoyment and well-being of future generations, even though we never enjoy it.
- We live with a higher consciousness when we do everything for God, for the universe, for everyone, without expecting any benefit from ourselves, whether in the form of compliments or money.
Jesus Christ illustrated it in the following way: "That your left hand does not find out what your right hand does", that is, when you hang a painting in your house, hang it for God, and not for your mother-in-law to see and say how beautiful it is. In this example, the difference between living in a "selfish" way (expecting a benefit), and living with an Alter Ego, Higher Self, who does not expect anything from anyone or anything, but gives everything for the good of all: Live with love.
Our "Higher Self" is our "natural self", and our "Higher Consciousness" is our "natural consciousness", but we have forgotten about it. So it's okay to be reminded (or reminded) of this from time to time.
