| Reiki Legend is just a Legend |
Make it clear that a Legend has a lot of story and little reality.
"They say that one day Mr.
Mikao Usui while teaching religion at a Christian school in Japan, of which he
was director and talking about Jesus Christ, his students asked him: and if it
is true what Jesus says and did Jesus Where are the tests ?
Unanswered Mr. Usui for his
students goes around the world looking for a System of Healing that works and
does not find it. Then he returns to Japan and meditates on fasting for
twenty-one days on a Holy Mount, whose name I do not remember. After twenty-one
days, spheres of lights hit the Third Eye (the eyebrow) and understand the
entire Reiki Healing System. Going down the mountain stumbles and gets hurt on
one foot and heals it. He goes down to eat at an inn and after a great banquet
he heals the toothache of the innkeeper's daughter.
The now Dr. Usui does not go back
to school but dedicates himself to apply Healing to the poor and beggars
through the streets of Japan until he realizes that those who "healed
yesterday became sick today" and it was then that he realized that if not
you value Healing you do not put anything of your part in the healing and you
become ill again.
It is then when he decides to open
a Reiki Clinic and initiates several people to the Mastery of the Healing
System, among them was his good friend a soldier called Hayashi to whom he
entrusted the direction of the Clinic.
While on Vacation in Japan, a Hawaiian
lady named Takata gave her an Appendicitis and did not decide to have surgery
but to go to the Usui Clinic. Hayashi heals Takata and such was his interest
that he is initiated to the first level of the system.
Takata returns to Hawaii and
practices the Reiki Healing System for those homes, until one day Hayashi
travels to Hawaii and initiates Takata to the second level and Masters of the
system.
Takata later in life initiates her
granddaughter Furumoto and husband.
It is Furumoto and husband who create
"Reiki International Alliance" and introduce the Reiki Healing System
in America and Europe.
After some time some Reiki Masters
do not agree with the exorbitant prices of Reiki Alliance and become
independent Teachers.
