| Solar Plexus Crystal Healing with 7 Citrines |
Your Solar Plexus will be strong and healthy with the
following simple crystal therapy treatment:
Collect 7 quartz crystals called Citrine.
Lie in bed "face up" and placed 7 Crystals
Citrine on the solar plexus (pit of the stomach).
Position your right hand on the quartz crystals.
Therapy lasts until you start to feel heat
("fire") under your hand and stomach.
Do not continue with therapy after feeling the heat but
immediately removes Citrine.
The next day you can continue with the therapy.
Because of having many crystals Citrine on this Solar
Plexus chakra energy center it will be loaded both give off heat energy. An
overuse of prior therapy could damage the chakra and stomach. Also keep the
