(Third chakra, front aspect)
From here we understand that we are one with the universe. From the solar plexus mentally we regulate emotions, feelings and thoughts. The proper functioning of this chakra produces deep, harmonious, relaxed emotions. Malfunctioning solar plexus produces extreme or uncontrollable emotions.
Misuse of this chakra causes pain in the solar plexus, and if locked, lock turn their thoughts feelings and emotions. The lifestyle of many, today, creating (work) without love, without love or sex, has to do with the blockage of this chakra, which leaves no energy circulate between the Heart Chakra and the Sacral Chakra.
From this center we connect with everyone else.

(Third chakra, DORSAL ASPECT)
Located behind the solar plexus has to do with the desire to stay healthy on the physical plane. Healers tend to have the highly developed (will to heal).
When connected to the front aspect, if we know what is "our place" in the Universe and are satisfied with it (front side), then we will live in a way that will preserve our physical health (dorsal aspect) to enjoy life.
