Display the symbol Cho-Ku-Rei on High above you head like a Star of Light (remember that the symbol represents only Healing / Healing Light Energy)
Repeat the Mantra 3 times each time the symbol in the "Star Light Cho-Ku-Rei" is made
Visualize the light falls like rain from the "Star Light" to Your Body "bathing" while viewing Healing Power of the symbol and repeat the mantra.
Energy closed at the end of the Meditation (arms crossed)
Grounding in Need (English, using the powers of the "Cho-Ku-Rei" to take root and say, low, low, low)
Symbol and Mantra can "reinforce" the duration of the meditation constantly.
