"CHANNELING OF HEALING ENERGIES THROUGH LAYING ON OF HANDS":
Imagine a sphere of white light in the "Soul Star", breathe that light through the Hara Line to the "Core Star" ("Alignment with Light"), change in the "Core Star" the frequency of the white light to the color or energy that we wish to channel (thinking about it, repeating its name or mantra, mentally imagining it in the "Core Star").
Breathe out, now, the colored light or another specific frequency, going up the Hara Line to the Heart chakra and expelling it through the arms to the chakras of the hands and through them to the chakra or specific area of the body of the recipient of the therapy.
Repeat the process as many times as necessary.

| Aligning with the Light is Recommended even if you have Practice |
Always lower the light from the white "Soul Star" and change the vibrational frequency of that light to the next color or other healing energies you wish to channel, and so on.
Over time, just imagining the light, or the symbol that represents the energies you want to channel and repeating its mantra under your hands 3 times, will automatically start the whole process.
For the above therapy it is recommended to use the "Hand Positions of the chakras" of the Reiki Master Damián Alvarez or better still the "Hand Positions of the Spiritual Healing System" (the classic "Hand Positions" of the System of Spiritual Healing). Reiki healing is not recommended), changing colors or other energies in each chakra.
The "Balanced", imperatively, will always be done with white light or energies that balance, and the grounding with red light or energies that ground.
