| Solar Plexus Chakras Crystal Healing |
The following treatment is carried out in 3 phases.
The first stage is to load either the solar plexus with sufficient energy. The
second phase is to send the golden light solar plexus chakras to others. The
third phase is to recharge the solar plexus. The intention is that the solar
plexus chakras heal others with their own energy (helped by the energies of the
citrines) but exhausted.
To this must be required:
8 Citrine Generators
1 large Citrine Quartz Crystal
FIRST HAND
(Load Solar Plexus)
Citrine Quartz available on the Solar Plexus
Arrange around the central Citrine the Citrine
Generators with their tips pointing toward it (star-shaped arrangement).
(20 minutes)
SECOND HAND
(Send Golden Light from the Solar Plexus to the Mayor
Chakra System)
Turn the Citrine generators and their tips are
directed in the opposite direction of the Solar Plexus, or outward.
(20 minutes)
THIRD HAND
(Load the Solar Plexus)
Repeat initial arrangement for 20 minutes as well.
Each phase can be reduced to 10 minutes if it thinks
fit, that is the complete therapy lasted 30 minutes.
