Apart from the Major Chakra System, and by pure interaction and energetic resonance, we also feel and can be affected by the illnesses, imbalances, dysfunctions and pains of other people with whom we come into contact.

Based on the fact that human beings, in a natural state of life, should never get sick, and seeing the current situation and degree of deterioration of planet Earth, which human beings should manage towards the perfection of love and happiness, and if this is not the case, I deduce that human beings are both emotionally and physically ill. Thus, what most human beings can transmit to other human beings are unbalanced, sick, negative energies.

But how can we protect ourselves from the negative energies of other people so that they do not affect us to the point of unbalancing us, making us sick? Perhaps we cannot control our dreams and not many of our thoughts (it takes a lot of practice to do so), but we can control the communication channels based on technology. Here are some practical tips.

Always ask God to protect you before you answer the phone

• Never answer the phone when you first wake up. In the moment between sleep and wakefulness you are very sensitive to energies and they will affect you much more.

• Don't answer the phone before going to bed, because the energy of the person calling you will most likely disturb your rest.

• Don't call anyone if you feel upset, disturbed, unbalanced, tired. In these cases you are weak and the energies of others will affect you much more. Answer the phone when you have inner peace and are completely focused and not without asking for protection first.

• It is always better for those who call you to leave a message on your answering machine and for you to call them when you feel it is convenient, when you are ready and prepared, completely calm and protected.

• Never answer the phone (as most people tend to do) in a rush, stressed, overwhelmed. Stress and being overwhelmed lower the frequency of your energetic body, and in such cases you are very vulnerable to external negative energies.

• Never answer the phone when you are angry, as this will most likely create negative energies that will affect both you and the person you are talking to.

• Never answer the phone when you are going to do or are doing something important, because the other person's energies can literally sabotage your plans.

• Stay away from your phone as much as possible during your days off and vacation, otherwise you won't have any days off or vacation.

Never believe that all your illnesses are yours

You feel like this in some places, you feel the energies of others

We all feel about each other because we are all connected

You are not alone. We are many, all healers.

It is completely natural for you to feel others' feelings. We all feel everyone's feelings because we are all connected. What is happening to you is that you are becoming aware of this, you are a potential Healer.

Spiritual Development Entails Becoming One with Everything and Everyone

• Healing yourself is not selfishness because by doing so you heal the world, but it is selfishness to try to separate yourself from the sick world and "close your eyes" to the reality that surrounds us.

• Everyone wants to heal the world, but no one wants to feel in their own soul (as if it were separate from the souls of others) the great deterioration that humanity suffers.

The connection with God happens naturally because God is natural and His creation is part of that loving nature of God, but if you wish to connect with God consciously in order to feel His Presence better and stronger and the benefits of His Presence, then, knowing that each chakra has seven levels, just by raising your system of major chakras to the divine level, you would automatically be connected to God, you would be light of Light, the reflection of God on Earth, since you would be  "Loving God above all things"  (First Commandment of the Law of God).

The answer is actually simple: The Laws of Interaction and Energy Resonance as they relate to human beings and God is to "do His Will on Earth, in this, our incarnation." If we really reflected what comes from our Creator, we would be ourselves, that is, beings created in the image of God, we would live as God created us. Creation is the reflection of the Creator.
