Natural Solar Plexus Massages (Discoveries of Damián Alvarez)

Healthy Laughter. Oh, I piss myself!

Nowadays, crying or laughing out loud is almost not allowed. People look at you with a serious face, as if you were a weirdo when you laugh out loud in public and your companions may even tell you “but calm down, control yourself.” Maybe they could call the police and report you for scandal, “you have to behave in public.”

The same thing happens when you cry. Imagine an adult sitting on a sidewalk in the street crying openly and openly. Her colleagues try to stop her from continuing to cry, the passers-by look as if the person crying was crazy (“he/she should go cry at her house” they might think). If the person in question continued to cry loudly, then someone would call the police and the police would at least call the cryer's attention and invite him or her to go to their house. In the worst case scenario, they could report it to the relevant authorities: Psychiatry.

But why is it not allowed to cry, why is it not allowed to laugh? Why do people think that you are crazy, drunk or on drugs if you express your feelings when it should be the most natural thing in the world? The answer is fear, instilled from outside (system, unofficial education, taboos, prejudices, erroneous teachings) so that we increasingly distance ourselves from ourselves, get sick and die.

Tears Heal. "Cry my Child, that is Good"

All trauma causes a blockage in the Solar Plexus. If this blockage is not healed, the affected person will become ill.

Children cry hard, so they shed tears, snot and drool when they are traumatized, when they are scared, when they are upset. This is how you have to cry.
Young children have an unconscious function programmed into their soul to cleanse their Solar Plexuses of energy blockages and overcome traumas.
The child who rolls around in bed, kicking, crying loudly until his crying turns first to sobs and then to sighs has healed his Solar Plexus, has healed the trauma.

In the same way, laughing out loud unblocks, heals and energetically charges the Solar Plexus.
Laughing while you pee is one of the best therapies. “I have to piss, I have to piss!” It is a symptom of relaxation, of being yourself, of abandonment to life, of plenitude, of happiness.

The sighs after laughing, as well as after crying, demonstrate the greater absorption of air in our body. A greater and better flow of energies through our soul. The energy blockages disappeared, now the energy flows perfectly through the “Hara Line”.

The Laughter. "Balm" for Body and Soul. Contagious

Adults, because of taboos and prejudices, have greatly lost the natural ability to cry and laugh, they have lost the natural ability of their body and soul to heal themselves.

Both crying and laughing are natural massages of the Solar Plexus and sobbing and sighing are reliable proof that this “natural massage” has given good results.

So let's cry and laugh, it's two days. Do not repress your emotions, relax and enjoy and you will see how good you feel afterwards, and never repress a child's crying or laughter because you will be “making them sick”, you will be taking away their innate healing capacity.

Personally, I usually laugh more with my soul than with my mouth, but I do laugh a lot (it makes me happy) when people cry. Many don't understand it...
