From biblical times, through ancient Egypt, Babylon and Rome to today's cosmetics and aesthetics, humans have used essential oils or ethereal oils (the soul of plants) to create perfumes, beauty creams and medicines to treat body, mind and soul.
Essential oils or ethereal oils, as they are called in some countries, are extracted from flowers, stems and leaves of plants by means of cold pressing and distillation or separation. These oils are very subtle, they are the essence of the plant, the soul of the plant as the name suggests. These concentrated oils contain not only therapeutic but also healing qualities.
They have been used in churches and temples of all religions to create elevated states of consciousness, harmonious vibrations, a sense of peace and well-being. The high vibrations of these aromas have also always been used to cleanse the atmosphere and protect against negative energies.
Every aroma-therapeutic product base is one or more essential oils, whether incense, bath salts, scented candles, perfumes, etc.
Magical properties have even been attributed to it, and in truth they are almost magical.
