Yes, the chakras are smart. The chakras have intelligence, and not a generalized intelligence that encompasses the whole of the Major Chakra System, but each chakra has its own intelligence. Of course, all the chakras interact with each other to "draw" their own conclusions from inner and outer reality, and thus live in the most satisfactory way possible. This interaction is possible thanks to the intelligence that each energy center possesses.
It has been spoken of "emotional intelligence" referring to that "the heart has reasons that the mind does not understand". This is right and wrong. Incorrect because the intelligence of the Heart chakra is not "emotional" but "sentimental". Right because really "

Exposed the above, we realize that the human being has many intelligences that at the same time are individual and united. There is the Physical / Etheric intelligence (Base chakra). That intelligence that tells us to bundle up when we're cold or eat when we're hungry. You could discuss the above because of course the mind understands when we are cold or hungry, but it is not the mind that makes us feel, notice, that we are cold or hungry, but the physical body.
Emotional intelligence must be associated with the Sacral chakra and not with the Heart chakra as some psychologists or scientists do. The Heart chakra must be associated with sentimental intelligence as we said before, understanding that feelings and emotions are two well differentiated types of energies. They have educated us mentally but if they had educated us emotionally, we would understand the world through emotions and not through thoughts. We would live according to our own emotions and the emotions we receive from situations or people.

Mental intelligence is the one that predominates today in society and is associated with the Solar Plexus chakra. With this energy center we analyze in a logical way but "in quotes" ("in quotes" because they have instilled it in us and it does not have to be reality), the life that surrounds us. We do not put the importance that it deserves to the emotions, feelings, and sometimes, not even to the messages that the Base chakra sends us.
We have received a mental education, therefore, our intelligence is mental, not emotional, sentimental, etheric, and even less spiritual, because the spiritual chakras also have intelligence. The "spiritual chakras" are the most intelligent of all the centers of the Major Chakra System, ...
