Loving yourself is putting yourself first, second, and third. Valuing yourself for who you are and not for what you have or don't have. No one is better than you, or everyone is the same, or if not, you are the best. Look at everything you have, how wonderful you are. Loving yourself is sending positive thoughts, feelings, and emotions to yourself.

You use your higher self when you are yourself, when your thoughts, feelings, emotions and actions transcend you for the good of humanity, and you do not live selfishly. That is all, that is your "higher self", there is nothing more. Your higher self is you, free of fears, prejudices, taboos, erroneous teachings, etc., that is, love, as God created you.

A List of Goals Can Be the Beginning of Personal Fulfillment

If you want guidance, my advice is to just let your life flow for the moment until you feel better, then make a list of goals with things you want to achieve in life, no fantasies, no illusions, nothing that could depend on other people but things that you must achieve for yourself. The list of goals will let you know where to go, do not let anything stop you and you will achieve everything you set out to do, but be careful, you will have to achieve it with love, then you will be happy. And don't tell me now, how do you love? You love by being yourself. How do you become yourself? Well, by freeing yourself from everything that has been instilled in you, from all those prejudices, preconceived ideas of how this and that has to be. Exist, just like a little bird, be happy. Nothing and no one will bring you happiness, only living with love, achieving your goals and feeling fulfilled.

Do as I tell you, sit down, make a list of goals but without limitations, impediments. You can achieve everything in life, your potential is infinite. Make the list as when you were a child, when you believed you could achieve anything, ... and go ahead. Live, the rest will come with the flow of life, or as Jesus Christ said "seek first the Kingdom of Heaven, everything else will be given to you as well"...

Together we can heal the world, if not, I will do it alone

The "impossible" is possible.

Anyone can achieve the possible, and in fact the impossible can too. "You will do greater things than I" said Jesus.

The "impossible" is a matter for God. For God nothing is impossible and you are a being created in the image and likeness of God, therefore, for you nothing is impossible either.

We measure easy and difficult by what we believe to be our strengths and weaknesses. But what weaknesses could a being created in the image of God have?

"...and gave him power over all the energies of the Universe..."

The impossible does not exist. Yes, it is also a deception. Over the years I have seen so many things that were supposedly impossible at a certain time and later became possible. So many people "full" of impossibilities and many others using those "impossibilities" as opportunities to develop personally and spiritually.
Also, when Medicine or Science talk about impossibilities, they tend to talk more about the possibilities of their research methods and treatments than about reality.
What, often, being scientifically impossible becomes possible, they tend to call it a miracle. But isn't life itself a miracle? Isn't God a Miracle? Aren't we a miracle? Isn't everything and the All a miracle?
When that miracle is repeated often, it stops being a miracle for Science, even if they recognize the impossibility of being able to explain it. Science cannot explain everything because science is partial and does not "open" itself to those "impossible" possibilities.
Healers and therapists around the world perform miracles every day without realizing it, because they do not see healing or curing what Medicine or Science cannot cure or explain as a miracle.
You do not need to be a genius, a saint, or have supernatural powers to perform miracles every day, or maybe you do, maybe we are all geniuses, saints and we all have supernatural powers.
I once wrote that "the difference between you and me is a bunch of lies, didn't God say that we were all equal?" As beings created in the image and likeness of God, nothing/something is impossible for any of us, for us everything is possible, not only because of our divine nature, but also because we have chosen to work for God.

The World is All of Us and We are All Equal

The "impossible" is therefore only a symptom of little faith, that very powerful virtue. Jesus said: "If you only had as much faith as a mustard seed (the smallest of seeds) you could move mountains."
Faith gives us a lot of power. Energy follows thought. Faith makes your energy move and be directed by your mind with a lot of power. Power to do impossible miracles or what we Healers/Therapists see as events of little importance, routine, normal things, things of life, things of God, things completely possible.
As Einstein said: "You can live seeing everything in life as a miracle or seeing nothing in life as a miracle."

Negative spiritual beings start the day by sowing doubts in your heart. They also trick you into believing that you cannot perform even the simplest of tasks. They trick you into believing that you have limitations, that you are a physical body, an age, a sex, studies, a social status, etc., etc., in order to later use this against you, to manipulate you, make you feel inferior, despise you...
Negative spiritual beings know the potential that you have, the potential that you are, and they are not interested in you finding out about it and using that power, because if you did, they would have no power over you, they could no longer control your life. In addition, you have the Gift of Love, the highest Power in the Universe.

Thank you God for existing!

God is a God of the impossible. Anyone can achieve what is possible. For a person with great faith, nothing is impossible. For a person who is aware that he is a being created in the image and likeness of God with loving power over all the energies of the Universe, what can be impossible?

Be worthy of being called a child of God by living as such and do justice to your Creator.

Relationships should be based on love and not interest

Don't ask God for youth, beauty, money in your relationships. Instead, ask God for kindness, understanding, flexibility, spirituality, for people to like you the way you are, for people to like you because you are spiritual, which is really normal, natural. There are many sensitive people, and what they most desire is to find another "spiritual" person, close to God.

Most people seek those relationships (whether they are aware of it or not) that are above the superficial, material, classic (to call it somehow). People like wise people, with "power" to get closer to God and heal, and above all they like people who have things clear and are very sure of themselves.

The Spiritual Path. The Only Path to Happiness

The spiritual path is the only alternative. Do you have a better one? Dancing in a disco with a drink in your hand? You know as well as I do that there is no better alternative to God and love. In reality, there is no alternative, since we are spiritual beings, and what you call the "spiritual path" or "spiritual development" should be natural for every human being, since the essence of humanity is spiritual.

... I have been on this "path" for more than 30 years, and I know for a fact that the only thing that has kept me going in "difficult" times has been my spirituality. In fact, it has been proven that people who have some kind of faith always overcome "crises" better than those who do not believe in anything.

I once wrote: "It is easy to preach in heaven, but not so easy in hell." With the above phrase I want to tell you that Healing, the Philosophy of life and everything else you have learned is not for good times, but to be used in difficult situations. Of course, in good times, spirituality must be kept active in order to become strong and not be defeated in bad times (that is, not to be caught weak or off guard).

Happiness is Living Above Circumstances, Above Dualism

I usually tell my students: "Give yourself healing when you are bad, but when you are well, give yourself even more healing, take advantage of it and that way you will develop and become strong," because difficult times will surely come.

On the other hand,  learning means "making it yours." The one who does not introduce what he studies into his life does not learn.

Do you remember the Key to Happiness? "Be yourself, act with love, let nothing stop you." Everything I teach has a transcendence. I teach what I teach because I am aware that one day they will try to make you believe that you are "something" or "someone" that you are not, that they will try to make you live in fear and that they will also try to stop you. Now is the perfect time to use what you have learned. "Do not believe the devil's lies, understand that the devil is a liar."

You are not all that you tell me you have lost. First, nothing is yours, second, you know who you are and who you are not and you are much more than all that.

The Great Master does not wait, but creates his Life, creates his Happiness

In any case,  try to be the Grand Master of your life, that is, to make sure that what you want happens in your life (always for your own good and that of others, of course), and not to be a puppet of negative energies.

If it is any consolation, remember that none of us is free from "difficult moments." All of us, as you know, there are many of us, have gone through the same or more difficult things than you. You must be above the circumstances. Happiness does not depend on what happens to you in life, but on your position regarding it.

Happy is not the one to whom wonderful things happen. Happy is the one who experiences everything in life as wonderful, because for him/her there is no "bad" alternative, there is no duality, that is, he/she is above duality...
...or as I usually say, think and feel at all times in my life: how good!

You are the Hand of God on Earth. Live consciously with Love and you will be Happy

The volume of Love is not proportional to the size of your Hands

We are Beings Created in the Image and Likeness of God, therefore, Pure Love.

The Core Star is our essence, the divine spark within us and therefore love.

Love is unconditional creative energy.

We truly live when we live with love. We truly live when we express our divine essence in daily life.

Living consciously, expressing, applying, directing, the divine energy of love from our Core Star to/in life is a process, an experience that should be repeated with each breath in order to live in harmony with ourselves, with the universe and with God.

The Core Star is a source of infinite and powerful energy. Do not forget that you are a being created in the image and likeness of God.

But how to express, live, following the energies of the Core Star or apply them to our daily life?

Our divine essence is expressed in our lives unconsciously every time we create with love, according to our divine mission on Earth and according to God's will.

You are Life, Love eager to Manifest

Our essence (powerful creative love energy) starts from our "Core Star" in vibrational energetic resonance with the "Soul Star" with each of our actions and rises through the "Hara Line" with the energies of the "intention" that we have and goes towards our auric bodies so that through the chakra system of each energetic body, it manifests in the "Earth Star", on the physical plane, in life. The energies of our "essence" that gave strength to our creation of life return back to our Core Star by the same "path" that they were expressed (our aura, chakra system and Hara Line) filling our life with satisfaction, peace, harmony, well-being and love to finally "rest" in its seat: The Core Star.

The process described above can be called the "creative impulse of life through love." This creative expression of our divine essence is constantly happening, so we can consciously guide it for the good and satisfaction of ourselves, all of humanity and all of creation. An  example  that illustrates the above very well is when  someone  tells you how good they felt after helping that old lady cross the pedestrian crossing.

You are the Hand of God on Earth. Live consciously, you will be Happy

Do not make impulsive decisions, think carefully about what you want to do and if it is in energetic harmony with your life mission, let the "intention" of your plans and decisions always be charged with the energies of your essence, the energies of love. Express your creative essence with love through all your "Chakra Systems": Manifested Goal, manifested Will of God. The creative energies that left your "Core Star" now return from their physical universe where they manifested, back home, to their original seat, the core of being, to rest, and along the "way" they fill your life (chakra system) with physical well-being, harmonious emotions, a sense of fulfillment and satisfaction, peace, love and happiness.

When you bring conscious living, applying and creating with the energies coming from your Core Star into your daily life, you will identify with such energies of love, then you will feel full of life force, creativity, freedom, happiness. Then you will no longer be a person with a "creative impulse" but you will be the creative impulse of life itself... you will be love.

Learn to Love. You Deserve It. Don't Let Them Deceive You

Love is the Natural Habitat of the Human Being. Health and Happiness

Illnesses do not come alone nor are they sent by God. Let me explain:

We have been educated to believe that we are "something" that we are not and on top of that we have been educated with fear and in a negative way. This is the beginning of all imbalance and illness. The "system" has deceived us into believing that we are something that we are not (physical body, possessions, age, race, religion, traditions, prejudices, taboos, erroneous teachings, etc., etc.,)

No one ever taught us   the truth, that all we are is love, beings created in the image and likeness of God. Living outside of our natural habitat (love), that is, in fear, we are unhappy, we get sick and we die, and that's it, period.

Of course, you would now need a teacher who would teach you to live with love and banish from your life all the fear that has been instilled in you so that you do not continue to get sick. Also, a teacher who can heal you and teach you how to heal yourself.

I can only recommend the teachers of the Tinerfe Healing System.

Learn to Love. You Deserve It. Don't Let Them Deceive You Anymore

The beginning of the disease:

As long as we think that we are "someone" or "something" we will become ill. If, for example, we think that we are our possessions or our work, then sooner or later we will become afraid. Fear, being the opposite of love, that is, our essence, will make us ill. 

The fear of getting sick, of losing our job, our income, our youth, etc., etc., etc., makes us sick. We also get sick from losing one day, or having taken away from us, that which we believed in, loved, satisfied us, led us to act, etc., and that which we believed we were (everything with which we identify ourselves).

Traumas, sorrows, frustrations, and life's losses are only manifestations of living in fear and of living believing that we are someone, and the "prelude" to spiritual illnesses first and then to sentimental, emotional, psychic, psychosomatic, and physical illnesses. If we did not believe that we are something that we are not and therefore something fragile and ephemeral that we can lose or that can be taken from us, we would never get sick, on the contrary: "Rivers of the water of life would flow through us for all eternity."

34 Years Healing and Educating the World

You have free will to choose the feelings, emotions and thoughts that will create your life every second of your existence.

Rivers of Living Water will flow through you. Jesus Christ

Life flows through you at the speed of feelings, thoughts, emotions and actions. If I were to take away (hypothetically, of course) your feelings, emotions, thoughts and actions (physical body) then your life would disappear completely. The above is what happens at the moment of physical disembodiment.

Your death does not mean that life, creation, disappears, but only that your earthly life would disappear, because your life flows through you. People grow old, get sick and die because they block the natural flow of life through them. Jesus said: "He who believes in me (and puts his teachings into practice) will not die but will live forever, rivers of the water of life will flow through him for all eternity. "Rivers of the water of life flowing through you." Interesting, don't you think?

You have free will to choose the feelings, emotions
and thoughts that will create your life every second of your existence.

On the other hand, I have had many professional experiences regarding this topic: People who are terrified, paralyzed when "reality", the world, fades away before them and they only see and feel a great darkness, an eternal emptiness that leaves them petrified, a deep, black abyss. Psychology and psychiatry frame these experiences within what they call "panic attacks", but what are these so-called "panic attacks" due to? 

Most people who experience such events are very, very stressed, however calm they may appear, with great inner unrest and above all, with strong psychic stress, but it does not end there, since people who suffer such attacks also suffer (I have to invent new terms of expression) from sentimental and emotional stress, which is perfectly reflected in a simple diagnosis of their major chakra systems. So we deduce that the flow of life has a rhythm, a determined speed, and that if you move in accordance with that rhythm, vital flow, then you live, but you can never move faster than the flow of life, precisely because to manifest itself it must pass through you. Life is that, simply that: (Apart from our higher spiritual aspects that "live" without the need for a physical world), thoughts, emotions, feelings, actions. No matter how much you search, nothing else exists.

You are the sole author of the book of your life. Luck does not exist.

The idea that the future is written in the stars, tarot cards, or the coffee grounds at the bottom of a cup is as absurd as believing in pink winged elephants flying from flower to flower absorbing nectar.

People who believe that life is something that happens around them are really lost, because with their belief they demonstrate that they have no control over their lives, that they are simple puppets of fate, and if you are lucky, how good!, and if you are unlucky, how bad! 

Luck is a shameless, masked, lying demon who first deceives us, forcing us to believe that it is what it means to be "lucky" and then mistreats millions of human beings every day with what this demon wants us to believe is "bad luck." No, duality does not exist for a God, at least for my God, who is only love. Do not be fooled.
