About 20 years ago, when I returned from Sweden to Spain, I was in a hurry to teach my students the very important philosophy of life that God had blessed me with, but one night, a voice told me "don't be in a hurry, this is not for now but for after what is to come comes ". Since then, I always told my students (everyone can corroborate it), that "the teachings of the Tinerfe Healing System were not for now but for after what is to come, come on", that is, for "The Day After ".

Here I am now, after 20 years, recommending the "Teachings for" The Day After "". We must rebuild the world and ourselves in a dignified way, based on love. The conscious re-connection with nature, with ourselves, with other human beings and, above all, with God, is no longer just an uncertain utopia but a patent and necessary reality (really mandatory).

This year, which marks the XXX Anniversary of the creation of the Tinerfe Healing System, how by divine work, "The Day After" is already looming on the near horizon. Understanding the meaning of our existence and living in our natural habitat will give us back the paradise where we were created and that we deserve by divine mandate and our own right.

We must not wait any longer, we are still on time, not only to save the planet, but to save ourselves as well. The future is ours, the world is in our hands. Life is Wonderful and God is Great and Good.

The Best Way to Develop the Heart Chakra is by Loving

Do you want to develop your Heart chakra? Forget about crystals, oils, healing or meditations. The best way to develop the Heart chakra is through the virtues of love. Put them  into practice and your heart will grow so large that it will not fit in your chest. I assure.

Bless every living being with your positive feelings, thoughts, emotions, and actions. Send around you, and consciously, your peace, temperance, compassion, hope, faith and love. Let all living beings enjoy your great soul, your great heart.

It is always good to "be blessed". This means that there are people who send us feelings, thoughts, positive emotions, that is, they send us love. These energies affect our soul and therefore also our physical body in a positive way.

The Virtues of Love. A Practical Way of Loving

It is always good that there are people who wish you "good", because that "good" will  counteract  the negative energies that many other people send you. The  blessings  and good wishes of other people positively affect your life thanks to the Law of Interaction and Energetic Resonance.

Love. Love is the most powerful energy in the universe, and you have felt it many times. I am not referring to falling in love, but to the energies sent to you by that old lady who you helped to cross the street or perhaps it was your own energies (selfless love). You remember that you felt  full , full of peace, completely fulfilled, without fatigue, pain or problems, inside a bubble of happiness, as if you had taken some kind of special drug. Those are the energies of true love, and you experienced them with your Heart chakra, and thanks to the Law of Interaction and Energetic Resonance.

Only Equality shows true Charity and Compassion

Compassion, as a feeling of equality between human beings, totally absent of  selfishness (totally absent of fear) , is also a powerful energy, which although it is rarely experienced (much to my regret) it is a joy to be able to feel it. Feeling compassion is like feeling the warmth of the sun that warms you in a comforting way, as if it were a tender hug. Compassion is only felt through true friends, who even if it does not come from a "known friend" may be our only friend. The energies of compassion are also experienced by the Law of Interaction and Energetic Resonance  . This time also,  through , like love, the Heart Chakra. It is the same with the virtue of charity.

Also explain that human energies move without difficulty in space and time, so it is indifferent if we want to send positive energies to a person who is in a country other than ours or if we want to send those energies to the past or future . The person or people who receive their good wishes, love, compassion, etc., will enjoy it in the same way, This is how Healing works, the conscious channeling of love towards other people, animals, vegetables, etc., with the purpose of feel better, it is achieved thanks to the Law of Interaction and Energetic Resonance.

You have the Right to Love and be Loved

After many attempts in my life to explain to other people that we DO NOT know how to live with love, that we DO NOT know how to love, that we do not even know what love is, and to fail in a great way, to create a real School of Love, perhaps the first in the world is my project, where we all learn to truly love.

Many people have been angry with me when I have told them that they do not know how to love since they believed that love was innate in every human being and that love should not be learned but that we are all born learned. Indeed, that is how it should be. When we are born we are very close to ourselves, God, love and loving, but, over time, our parents first, and then the religious, educational, social, and even economic system educate us to live without love, we they educate to live in fear.

Life is a School of Love. He who does not love suspends

A selfish education based on "first and last me". A materialistic education that elevates consumerism comparing it to the worth of the human being, and if you cannot consume you are nobody, you are not somebody. An education based on concerns, insecurities, doubts, needs, profit, interest, that is, an education based on fear, separates us from ourselves, from God and from love and loving.

It's really no one's fault. In schools, institutes, universities or families, people are not educated to love. If you don't know how to love, you don't love, or how would you do it? Really also, that we love if we know but the erroneous education to which we have been subjected has buried that love so deeply under so many years of fear that it will be very difficult, and in a few moments in life, to come to the surface of the human heart. and express yourself.

We live believing that we love because we believe that what they have taught us is love, but they have deceived  us and they continue to deceive us daily: "The one who buys more gifts at Christmas does not love any more," "He does not love his partner any more. he buys him the most valuable jewel. " He loves who distributes the money he earns with the parents of the children who are in need. He loves who helps a stranger to get a job so he can support his wife.

Let us take advantage of our earthly life. Let's be smart: Let's love

Loving family members is supposed to be normal but we are a global family, we are all one. The whole of humanity is a family, it should be.

Class struggles, power struggles, careers after money and ephemeral materialism leaves no room to love, or to love anyone, or to love God.

The system does not make it easy either by promoting maternal love, brotherly love, love in pairs, creating groups that do not love humanity but live locked in a lie, while the rest of the world falls apart because we destroy it.

Sex with a partner is not love. Love is love and sex is sex. Don't be afraid of a hug and don't mistake it for sex because that's just fear. They never hugged you, never said "I love you", and that is why you look for that hug and that "I love you" in the arms of a sexual relationship? I feel sorry for you but  you have the right to be loved only because you exist and also, not by a few or one, but by all members of the human race.

Love: Symbol of Union, Strength, Sustenance, Joy, Happiness

Love should never be lacking in any home. If the basis of society is the family, the basis of the family is love.

Many times disputes, discussions, conflicts of interest, etc. They can charge the home with negative energies that tarnish the loving coexistence between the different members of the family.

The energies of "Perfection in Love" symbolized by the seven hearts can be a powerful source of energy that will balance the energies between any group of people.

The heart. Glowing Soft Energies of Peace, Love and Happiness

The Picture of Love: 

Copy, Draw, Paint the symbol of "Perfection in Love" and put a frame on it. Place the painting in your living room or dining room. If the painting is relatively large, then better than better.
When you walk past or look at your love painting "activate" it by saying your mantra in groups of three, that is, "Love, Love, Love."

The gentle energies of love will illuminate your living room. Harmonious, vital, active, modern energies will also be created, expression of the heart and the vibrational frequency of the pink color.

Hearts Calm the Fiery Temperament of Children

The children's room:

Children love hearts, why not decorate their rooms with the symbol of "Perfection in Love". Various symmetrical symbols could be painted on the walls with the help of paper or plastic molds. The colors could be between the range of pinks and perhaps reds and oranges for children already a little older, although the blue and yellow, gold, lilac hearts attract a lot of attention. For young children a light pink painted wall with darker pink hearts is recommended.

Children can be given a three-dimensional heart instead of a stuffed animal to hug while they sleep. Heart that we would have already charged with healing energies beforehand.

The conjugal bed could be shaped like a heart, why not?

The color white and pink combined in bedspreads, sheets, pillows, curtains, carpets etc. incites pure love.

A large painting in front of the bed or at the headboard with the symbol of "Perfection in Love" in pastel tones and with a white frame will give a touch of class to the room and a predisposition to love.

A large symbol of love could also be embroidered on the center of the quilt in moderately bright colors.

The rugs on either side of the bed will also be heart-shaped. Thus each member of the couple will have their own heart to caress their feet.

Lifting gowns, white for men and pink for women, combining the colors and with a heart on the left side at chest height with your name engraved inside the symbol will say it all.

With just a few little "magic touches" light and love will fill your home, I assure you.

"LOVE" are energies channeled directly by Damián Alvarez, they mean "Perfection in Love" and these include the healing energies of each of the Virtues of the Heart.

These energies do not need previous initiations and can be used (among other uses) to heal all the double organs such as the cerebral hemispheres, the lungs, the eyes, the kidneys, the breasts, the ovaries, etc.

Damián Alvarez has not discovered why they are so effective on the Heart chakra and on the Sacral chakra, but he imagines that it will be due to the capacity of the organs associated with the aforementioned chakras to conceive and maintain life, love.

The healing energies LOVE have an infinite number of relaxing, balancing, therapeutic, etc. uses. They can be drawn for example on the entire body of the recipient of the healing, they can be visualized in the same way during meditations, while repeating their Mantra: LOVE, LOVE, LOVE ...

The Levels of the Heart Chakra (Part One)

Each chakra has seven levels, different vibrational aspects of expression of the same energy, assuming pure, that it comes from that particular energy center. Follow the natural expression of the Heart chakra levels.

Every time you love your neighbor you are loving God

Heart Chakra (Divine Level, ( Highest Level)) :

Love of God. ("You will love God above all things")

But how do you love God? God is loved by raising each one and the entire System of Major Chakras in its entirety, to the energetic level of love frequency. When you love creation, then you are loving God. When you work with love, then you are loving God. When you love yourself, then you are loving God. When you love your fellow man as if he were really your fellow man, then you are loving God. When you plan and speak with Love, then you are loving God. When you think with love, then you are loving God.

To love God is to express with your soul, in your life, that, in truth, you are a being created in his image and likeness, an infinite flow of creative, selfless and indiscriminate loving energy. Impossible to live with love and not love God. If you love everything that exists between heaven and earth, including yourself, then you are loving God.

Thinking with Love is the Rain that will make the Seed Germinate and Grow

Heart Chakra (Spiritual Level): Thinking with love. Impossible to think with love and not love ("You will not have impure thoughts") Allow your Alter Ego to express itself at that level. Think with love. May your spiritual mind not be negatively affected by your Ego. May your thoughts on creation be of love. May your thoughts about creativity and work be of love, May your thoughts about yourself be of love. May your thoughts of change and development be filled with love. May your thoughts about all human beings be of love. May your thoughts about God be filled with love.

Teach Love with Love to Love. Basis of Human Development

Heart Chakra (Angelic Level): Plan how to create and develop with love. Creative loving expression is born in love-based planning. ("In the beginning was the Word ..., and the Word was Love"). Plan with love so that you develop with love. Read, write, speak,  listen  with love. Study and Teach with love. Communicate in every way with love. True education must always be based on love (and not fear). The true Master must know how to transmit that love to his students (entire creation) through his entire System of Major Chakras (as we specify in this article). It must also express that capacity for planning, development and transmission of teachings based on love in all aspects of its existence.

Loving is NOT Helping the Needy
 Loving is NOT allowing anyone to Need Help

Heart Chakra (Astral Level, Sentimental Level): Loving every human being. Loving all other people ("You will love your neighbor ...") Loving others is easy, although a bit complicated when you do not know how to love consciously. It could also be said that today's society does not allow "love", but love does not always have to be an expression, a materialization. Love is energy, and loving you can always do it even if you don't lift a finger to help anyone (you are helping perhaps more than you think).

Consciously directing love toward others is simple: "Be yourself and allow others to be themselves." Free yourself from criticism, judgment, prejudice and other preconceptions about right and wrong. Be and let be. Learn that you are a being created in the image and likeness of God, pure love, and just know "that."

The "understanding" will raise your soul to a divine level of acceptance of what you cannot change because it must change by itself. Understand everyone else (they don't know what you know now) and understand that no one understands you (they don't know what you know now). They will learn ...
