Mudras. A way to channel Love towards yourself

The mudras have an effect on the body, mind and soul because in the hands we have both a large number of nerve endings and the beginning or endings of the so-called acupuncture meridians. By joining these nerve endings or / and meridians we create energy circuits that positively affect the human being, restoring health and well-being, thanks to the fact that they balance (mainly) their chakras. Nor can we forget the chakras of the hands, which of the so-called "minor" are the most important, and which are used, among other ways, to channel healing energies by laying on of hands.

It goes without saying that the "power" of certain mudras is due to the fact that they have become, unconsciously, positive archetypes for the human being, such as the mudra to pray, the mudra that is made by forming a circle with the thumbs and middle fingers of each hand, and which, today, implies a predisposition for meditation, and even the symbol of victory that is made by forming the "V" with the index and middle fingers.

The Positive Energy Effect of Mudras restores Health

The mudras are usually carried out (usually) in twenty-minute sessions, where the concentration on the hands, the breath and the goal to be achieved (in this case the restoration of physical, mental, emotional, sentimental and spiritual health ), make the moment a unique and perfect act of prayer and meditation.

The mudras should be practiced sitting, although it is better to breathe standing up, the twenty-minute session would tire the practitioner, which would cause him to lose concentration.

The breath should be long, deep and harmonious. You will breathe up to the abdomen, and only through the nose, keeping the mouth closed (better with the tongue touching the palate) at all times.

Lightly press on the parts of the hands involved in the mudra until a small vibration is felt in them to form the energy circuit.

The positive energy contribution of the mudra, deep breathing, concentration, and the mind directed towards a certain goal to be achieved, turn the practice of mudras into deep and completely effective healing meditations.

When I did my first Reiki course, in the early 90's, I was a bit surprised that my partner with whom I was practicing the hand positions, when she told her that my head hurt when I gave her healing, she told me: "I left the house with a severe headache and I said to myself who will catch it today? And it was you" (I was surprised that she was like me). I was also amazed that the Reiki "Master" who taught the course, faster than faster, said: "nothing sticks here", with Reiki nothing sticks ", ... well, we shut up until walked away.

I and my partner talked about it and we fully agreed that if she had a headache, I, by giving her healing, could feel that headache in my own body and soul. We also realized that every time the Reiki "Master" passed near us, as she walked around the room in a guru plan, looking to see if we were doing the "hand positions" correctly, my stomach turned. and my partner, and we also discussed it.

I and my classmate came to the conclusion that not only did we feel mutual discomfort when we practiced Reiki, but also that of the "Master" and perhaps other participants in the course.

Reiki was an "American" Fad of the 90's

At that time, Reiki was something that came quickly, out of nowhere, like a "boom", like something that was fashionable and "chick" (it came from the USA). Back then, most Reiki "Masters" didn't even know what the Major Chakra System was. Much less talking about energy protections or asking God. Reiki was just putting your hands on another person and that person would heal with the energies that you channel. According to those "Masters" there were no negative energies, nothing was contagious, nothing had to be undone or removed.

The vast majority of those Reiki "Masters" who "swept" Europe, at the same speed as they arrived, disappeared with their pockets full of bills.

Time passed, and I, who had studied Vibrational Medicine, Massage Techniques, etc. I opened a Vibrational Therapies Center, (to emphasize that I was not even a Reiki Master yet), in a city in northern Sweden. What to say that my first clients and the most assiduous were those people who did the first and second levels of Reiki together with me a couple of years ago. " sentimental, as well as physically, they also did not know what was happening to them, and the worst thing is that they had no one to ask, they had no one to answer their many questions, those people were alone and helpless.

Our Intentionality and the Dimension of the Hara

Our highest intention is to fulfill our mission in life. When our intentionality is aligned with our mission, we will have no difficulty creating what we want. Any imbalance in "true" intentionality (our mission in life) alters the auric field and we have difficulties.
Our intention is in the dimension of the Hara line. The Hara is a Japanese term that means lower abdomen and qualities of energy, strength and power concentrated in the lower abdomen. In the navel is the Tan-Tien and it is the Divine Spark within us. That is why we are Beings Created in the Image and likeness of God. The closer you are to yourself, the closer you are to the Tan-Tien (divine spark within you) and the closer you are to God. In the Tan-tien there is enough energy to create an atomic bomb, an entire Universe. It is on that dimension of the Hara where our body is maintained and sustained.
The Hara line is the main energy "tube" of the body and the soul that begins at the Gate of the Stars adorning and joining the Star of the Soul, the Star of the Core and the Star of the Earth.
When your intentionality is true, you follow your mission in life and you are in sync with the universal creative energies and express them in a holographic way (that is, in all aspects of life), then the hara line is strong, bright , well connected to these three points, well straight and well anchored to the Star of the Earth, achieving the above, his life "goes smoothly", everything goes well for him, he has no difficulty in expressing his creative energies.

It is said that we live in the "information age", and many times it is said in a derogatory way, such as that so much information would overwhelm us, lose us, why not speak better of the "era of wisdom" or better yet of " The Great Age of World Love "?

Regarding future incarnations in animal bodies, it is logically and scientifically impossible because a being created in the image of God, with a perfect spiritual anatomy, will be impossible to incarnate in any type of animal.

Karma, like the Law of Sowing and Harvesting, is something else, and it does not have to be good or bad but "is".
It is clear that if I plant nettles I do not harvest potatoes or vice versa, but that does not mean that nettles are bad or that potatoes are better than nettles.

Jesus Christ said to love others as ourselves. This is the Law of Good Harvest. It is completely clear, that if we experience something bad we also believe that the same thing will do the same bad to other people, therefore, the phrase "Don't do to others what you don't want them to do to you " illustrates what I'm trying to explain.

Karma is wonderful for people who do good, that is, who plant love, because, without a doubt, they will collect love, even if only (really a lot), the fruit of joy and happiness that doing good brings: good conscience, feeling at peace, fulfilled, being able to sleep peacefully.

Don't take "nothing for granted." Become aware of the Wonders of Karma

I have written from time to time that  most people do not live in duality but in a "negative unity" , since they have been educated in a negative way. If the events of life were experienced mostly positively rather than negatively, then we would not get sick, nor would we be unhappy. The "positive unity", living in love over the circumstances would make us very happy, but, despite myself, it is not like that.

On the other hand, we take the good that happens in our lives for granted. Nobody complains about how well things are going. Nobody complains about being completely healthy, happy, and having economic well-being, but being happy, being healthy and having a good economy are also a manifestation of karma, of the seeds that we have planted previously in our lives, so it follows that Karma is wonderful for good-hearted people.

When some people speak of their karma as negative, they are really sentencing themselves, if not, for them, the karma would also be wonderful.

Aura and the Universal Energy Field
